Palmerston Tower

Our family had a great time staying for 5 days. The reception staff were so accommodating and so friendly. Our self contained apartment was great value for all its inclusions. The facilities were amazing with a heated pool and spa. We came for a pickleball tournament and was able to practice on their mini tennis court. Fully recommend Palmerston Tower for your next family holiday.

I would recommend Palmerston Towers the unit was very clean and fabulous view the gardens around pool and grounds were looking great some fantastic little restaurants with in walking distance As we had Drs appointment at the hospital Ganny the manager was very helpful and efficient from the first phone call to check out giving us a later check out to help fit into Drs appointment. Her customer service was excellent

I needed last minute accomodation as I needed to attend multiple medical appointments. I did not phone or book online. Reception had just closed but Ganny opened up without hesitation. She was absolutely amazing and sympathetic to my situation so much that her genuine kindness and in wanting to help me made me burst into tears.
The apartment is lovely, clean tidy and very comfortable.
I HIGHLY recommend Palmerston Tower.

Great budget friendly family accomodation. Beds are super comfy, fully furnished apartment with everything you could possibly need, huge tv with streaming services included, air con… all with an amazing location and view. Worked out at $185/night which is unheard of. Management also super friendly and helpful. Very happy, would definitely recommend.

Stayed 5 days here and enjoyed it so much rebooked for 3 weeks later for another week. We asked to change sides of the building as it was quite windy on the balcony and our first apartment had tired furnishings but our second visit was much nicer and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay

Central location, amazing views of SeaWorld across the water, easy 12 minute walk to the tram that can quickly get you to main beach, surfers & Broadbeach. Fully furnished and serviced apartment, 2 bathrooms renovated, aircon, comfy bed and plenty of space. Large balcony, tennis court, swimming pool & spa. Lots to enjoy if you don’t want to venture out. The service was fantastic thank you Katie & your team!

Business owners were really lovely and accommodating. It was a stressful time with the family as my nan was in hospital. They were more than happy to help us with anything we needed. I appreciate all your help in this situation. The apartments was a recently furnished with comfortable lounges and beds. Showers were decent and the veranda was beautiful looking over the river.

Apartment 10A is perfect for short or long stays. Fully equipped with everything you’d need. The Broadwater Parklands has plenty to do for young families.

The front balcony has nearly 180o view of the Broadwater up to Surfers.

Katy has been most helpful during our stay. The apartment was spotless with breathtaking views. Easy location to get to theme parks and not too far from surfers. We will definitely be back.

I cannot begin to thank Peter and Katy enough for how accomodating they have been in providing me with clean and well-furnished rooms throughout my stays at Palmerston Tower. Having stayed at Palmerston 3 times over the past 14 months (totalling 5 weeks) to complete my TAFE practicals, I have always had an amazing experience and have no complaints. The apartments are within 10 minutes of walking distance to the TAFE campus and Australia Fair which has been extremely practical and convenient. Once again, Thankyou so much Peter and Katy for being so lovely and welcoming.

Our Palmerton Towers Apartments stay was great! Customer service was very friendly, the rooms were clean and neat. Pool was heated, great for the kids even at night as it was opened til late. Water views were beautiful and there is secure undercover parking. It is walking distance to shops, cafes and supermarket. I would definitely recommend it and will go back again in a heartbeat!

We are a couple from Norway who use to travel to the Gold Coast once or twice a year. Our favorite accomodation has been Palmerston Tower. Its qualities and location close to the centre of Gold Coast is perfect for our stay. And it is run by lovely people.
We are back again next year.

Great location and easily the best service from the apartment managers i've experienced in all my travels. They went out of our way to accomodate us and make our stay really enjoyable. I highly recommend these apartments and the managers, we'll definitely be back. The room was lovely and had a relaxed feeling to the place (apartment 14C).

I stayed here for a month and it was the best stay. katy & peter were very understanding & would always try there best to suit our needs. we were very lucky with our view on level 15 & the size of the appartment. After a month of being here it started to feel like home. I will for sure stay down here again (hopefully for my next placement). Appreciate the stay katy & peter !

Fantastic as always. Cheap too! Great views of sea world and the spit. The decor is tired and needs updating, but looking past this it's all functional. Great facilities and excellent position. Especially if you have kids. We have spent at least the last 6 years every year staying here. And their cheap holidays are very generous.

We stayed for nearly 15 days at Palmerston Towers.
The view from 14th floor was amazing. Hosts - Katy and Peter were quite pleasant and very helpful during our stay. I would definitely recommend this place for the quality of experience at an affordable cost.

One of the most beautiful place, beimg a service apartment, very clean, neat n tidy. Easy access to all the nearby outdoor water activities. Beautiful n breath-taking view, spacious rooms. And yes parkimg is available. Would definitely recommend if u looking out for a perfect n not expensive stay.

Only issue with appartment we stayed in the curtails and the drapes are in same track so couldn’t shut them and sun was coming through . Staff were friendly and helpful value for money
