This gym is surely the place I learn the most about body mechanism and technique. Katelyn and Johann are both super friendly and chill and lavish on sharing their knowledge about health, nutrition and technique.

Picked CrossFit Urban Energy as my first Aussie gym, and dang, did they make me feel right at home! The owner's super chill, and the crew here? Top-notch friendly. Workouts? Tough but a blast. Seriously, can't rave enough about this spot and its awesome vibe.

Highly recommend this gym, While holidaying in surfers paradise i managed to get a few casual sessions in,Such a great atmosphere, great gym very welcoming with great coaches and people.if you love CROSSFIT you will love the Vibe in this place.

Thanks again guys, i hope to see you again, who knows i may consider joining a comp in 2024 to get away from Melb winter.

Me and my partner dropped in whilst on the Gold Coast for just over a week. Such a welcoming/friendly crew (members and staff). Owners were great to deal with. Highly recommend and will drop again next time we’re up!

Having only trained for a month or so prior, CrossFit can be quite intimidating to say the least.
But honestly CrossFit Urban could of not made me feel any more welcome.
The fact they actual care,the knowledge and the patience they give to every individual is amazing.
They are hands down the best trainers I’ve ever worked with.
Thank you again to the team down there and if it’s just a change of lifestyle or a challenge in life or even a for the social aspect this is the place to be!

Such a great gym! I am relatively new to Crossfit and they always cater to all levels and ages. They always make me feel comfortable to do whatever level I can, depending on any injuries I have or how I am feeling. The owners are super friendly and welcoming. So happy i made the choice to join at Crossfit Urban.

I look forward to heading in each day to see what the class will bring. The coach's at urban are supportive and helpful even if you can't do whats set out in the normal class. People think you need to be fit already to start crossfit, this is far from the truth. You will get fit by going to crossfit and make some awesome friends at the same time. Gym will become something you look forward to everyday not something you have to do, not to mention Urban is the place to do it at.

I came to Crossfit Urban Energy while on a 11 day holiday on the Gold Coast.
I’ve battled severe anxiety and depression for quite a long time and one of my main strategies is exercise, I needed to get into action quickly. Although nervous about going to a new gym, I pushed myself into UE and had an amazing experience.
The time that both Joe and Amy put into me, getting my technique correct exceeded my expectations as I was really only in their gym for a week.
I also really appreciated the support and camaraderie of the other members, straight away welcoming me as if I was an old friend. I was able to attend 6 sessions in 11 days.
I look forward to being back on our next holiday ASAP.
