I always look forward to my interactions with the guys at Surf FX. They are so friendly, passionate, patient and helpful. I have been trying to get into Wing surfing/foiling and these guys do it themselves and it really helps when they share their experiences and recommend products to suit your needs. They are just an awesome group of people and I feel rejuvenated and excited after every visit to their store.

I have bought a 6m Duotone Wing which I have been enjoying. The first one I bought had a bladder failure and they replaced it immediately with a new Wing which has been going well touch wood. I just bought some Drift Stoppers and fitted them to my iSUP. Can’t wait to try them on the water this weekend.

Excellent to deal with. I purchased a used demo kite from them for a great price. When there was a slight fault with it a few weeks later, they covered the cost of the repair no questions asked. Super nice guys, would definitely recommend.

I am new surf and wing foiling. It's alot to understand in the beginning but the guys at Surf FX have been super helpful. They have chat with me and helped me get the right gear for my needs. Surf FX would have to be one of the most genuine and helpful stores I’ve been in for a long time.

As a beginner kiter, I had no idea what I was buying and the staff were extremely helpful. The most notable thing however was the fact they weren’t trying to sell me the most expensive things they could but more what would suit me as a learner.

Big ups to this store - you guys are awesome and the range is amazing. 45min drive from me and I’d do it at the drop of a hat to get any surf gear.

Good service. Asked them if they would 'match' a similar boards price and they agreed, posted the next day and arrived 6 days later very well packaged. It took me about an hour to unpack, but it was well protected. (Delivered to SA) also well worth having them put on the rail tape. Really well done, as it can be tricky to get on straight..

Really happy. Never been to store but called up and ordered a new board over the phone. It was delivered to me in Sydney a few days later. No damage to board as they really made an effort to pack it in bubblewrap and then multiple layers of cardboard before putting it into the shipping box. 5 stars.

If your looking to start or are a pro at kite surfing, surfing, paddle boarding etc. basically getting your feet wet and hitting the water. I highly recommend Surf FX. You will meet great people that are both experienced and knowledgeable, provide a personal experience that makes you feel like your part of a family. Of all the shops I’ve been to none provide the service, knowledge and understanding of the team at Surf FX.

I ordered a new kiteboard. It arrived within a matter of days although there were a few dents on the board. I'm not saying it was Surf FX it could have been dented in the post. I rarely give any business 5 stars because I have incredibly high standards but this place was brilliant. Got exactly what I wanted at an affordable price and the guy was nice enough to do it with a friendly and willing attitude.
