Visited this store 2 weeks ago and bought two bikes. Extremely happy with the service.
Great deals on some E-bikes. Phoned ahead of our visit and two bikes had been set up ready to test on our arrival at the weekend.
No obligation to buy those bikes, however we were more than happy with them. We were served by 'Graham'. Very knowledgeable, not pushy and gave excellent service. We bought some extra's and gave the store about an hour to fit lights, rear rack and panniers. We had help loading them on the cycle carrier on the car before leaving.
The service offered by this store was exceptional. Cannot fault them at all.
Highly recommended.

Ordered online something I'd been looking for, for awhile. They posted what I wanted out the same day I ordered it, absolutely no issues. I rang earlier to check stock of what I wanted was indeed on the shelf & they couldn't have been happier to confirm, although I could hear they were flatout in the store itself & nice folks to deal with. 😄👍

Great staff who are more than happy help get you on a bike, whether you are a newbie or pro. Great choice of bikes.

The store is MASSIVE. Much much bigger than other Giant stores in Brisbane.

Bought my first road bike and a bunch of accessories. Julian was super very friendly and helpful the whole time. He explained everything in details. Very patient with an amateur like me. He isn't pushy, trying hard to find the right size bike for me. Very pleasant buying experience. Well done guys.

Having tracked down one of the last few pairs of Shimano TR-901 tri shoes in my size to Giant Brisbane via Bike Exchange I called up the store, purchased them by credit card over the phone and because I needed them in a hurry the guys in-store removed them from their packaging and express posted them to me the same day. I had a great experience with Giant Brisbane and wouldn't hesitate to hit them up again in future. Cheers Julian! 👍

I have bought three bikes (2 road, 1 gravel) from Giant and North Quay and I have had excellent experiences consistently. Julian especially has been amazing. He has been patient every time and seemed genuinely happy to answer all my questions, no matter how big or small. Being a new rider, I found his advice to be on point and helpful. The last thing he said before I left was "You are going to have so much fun on this bike". Just got back from my first ride.... It was hands down the best bike I have ever ridden! Amazing. If I could give six stars I would ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The team at Giant Brisbane really did a great job for me on a warranty claim on a bike wheel. Really appreciate the effort and it goes to show you can rely on the Giant brand when they have issues from the factory. I will return to buy at Giant again.

Excellent technicians woth very good product knowledge.
Specialists Jerang and Steve whom I have been dealing with over the years are outstanding and second to none in their knowledge of bicycles. One of them even makes his own carbon bicycle and one can often see him do laps of Mt. Cootha in Brisbane.
Wide range of products available, Bikes use late technology including top of the range items at great prices. Very good warranty support

Giant Trinity - Medium size:
Last Friday (28 April 2023) I rang around 20 bike stores in 3 different states after a Giant Trinity - Medium size. Giant Brisbane had one in a box not built yet. With only a verbal agreement over the phone they said they would build it up for me on Wednesday 03 May 2023. I travelled a 1600km round trip from Newcastle NSW to purchase this bike. All the staff were fantastic, friendly and very knowledgeable in their field. The bike looked spectacular and they took their time in setting it up for me. Nothing was a problem for them. Thanks again. I then returned the next day before I left for home to buy a Tacx Smart Trainer. I would definately consider making the trip again for my next bike purchase!!!!

Fantastic service from them. We purchased a emtb, and in the first week the electrics ceased working. Giant Brisbane drove to Noosa, collected the bike, drove back to Brisbane, fixed it and dropped the bike back to Noosa, cannot ask for more than that.

Went into giant brisbane today, I was greeted by a lovely young blonde gentleman who had great energy making me feel extremely welcome. I described what I wanted and he knew exactly what to do and gave me the best recommendation for a reasonable price and was very pleased with the product. Although I don’t know the name of the wonderful lad he carry’s himself with great presents and superb energy and enthusiasm for his job.

My Giant bike had some mechanical problems. The owner of the store contacted me to give me a solution and I am really grateful for his excellent post-sale service. Amazing bike and amazing quality of customer service, thanks again Jaaron.

Have bought 2 bikes from this team. Store is excellent but the mechanics are the difference. No nonsense and the job is done properly first time every time.
