Hearing Australia Southport

I had an excellent experience today with Ben. He did some tests that i never had done before and did some impressions. I have to say that I'm impressed with Ben's help today and look forward to getting my new hearing aids.

This service is currently located opposite Imagine Education Australia in tower 3 (ground level) on the corner of Garden and Lawson streets. Parking is available on Lawson street or in the underground parking on both streets. Look for the Central 3 sign. Offices are meticulously maintained and staff well mannered and responsive. There is available foyer seating in front of reception.

Today was my first visit to Hearing Australia in Southport and I was really impressed with how friendly the staff were. I was helped by Daniel who was super nice and knowledgeable. I also noticed two other staff, Brendan and Ben interacting with another customer and was impressed with how genuine they were. Good to know there are places where all the staff are nice.👍

The staff were very professional and very helpful. They listened to our problems and greatly improved our hearing with new hearing aids. It was a pleasure to deal with each member of the staff. Highly commended.

Very unprofessional response. Appointment booked when we reached at Helensvale doctor called sick and our appointment cancelled without any notification 😭😭😭

I have been an Amplifon customer for years but lately all that went down the drain that includes some of the staff.they are not helpful at all.I took my hearing aid five times in a matter of 3 month and they haven’t been fixed yet.
If this continues as it is I will give my thumb down regarding to Amplifon service
