They respond in a very timely manor and are a joy to deal with. We always had anything to do with repairs etc dealt with as soon as possible. These wonderful humans are great at their jobs!

I don't usually write reviews, however after reading a recent review here I've decided to put my two bobs worth in. I rented a unit from TFPM for 2 years and had quite a bit of contact with Theresa and staff in the office during that time. I always found everyone at TFPM to be very helpful, polite and professional. Theresa herself came to my rescue on several occasions when I needed things done urgently - on one occasion the shower leaked and she had it fixed up faster than a speeding bullet. When I wanted to extend my lease on 2 occasions, Theresa personally handled that to the satisfaction of the owner and myself. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Theresa and her agency as being thoroughly professional, caring and supportive.

We rented with TFPM for a number of years. They were always prompt and professional in their dealings. It is a terrific experience to have property managers who always make you feel welcome and taken care of! We would still be with them if we didn’t have to move out of the area.
