If you’ve never been in store you are missing out! KOOKAÏ is a Fujian owned store whose style is super flattering on all figures! I am tall and curvy it’s hard to find hourglass shaped clothing but KOOKAÏ did not disappoint! The staff were accommodating after hours and the price is definitely worth it. Love their style, quality and support of Fijian community. Will shop here again!

lovely, open and spacious boutique! staff are lovely and helpful, would come here over the other kookai stores, it is a stand out shopping experience. my only critique would be the number of dressing rooms, may get busy on weekends.

beautifully designed with high ceilings and neutral decor. easy to navigate and browse, new and dressier items at the front while basics and some sale are at the back. seem to have a great range of items, ask staff for other sizes as they seem to not stock all of it on the floor.

Lovely store to shop. I purchased two items. All of the young customer service ladies were professional and extremely pleasant. Special mention to Jacinta (who advised she usually works at Kookai Carindale), who was delightful, began a fitting room for me promptly, and assisted throughout my shopping experience with a fantastic, intelligent, lovely, and ‘no hassle’ attitude. An exceptional asset. I will return.

I live close by but I went to visit here for the first time. The shop was very spacious and beautiful, and most of all, the staff here were so helpful! I was very happy with the service I received. Very professional, also friendly and accurate. I couldn’t have found the clothes that I needed for an occasion. Thank you!

I love the Kookai range, there's always something I find that I love.

Girls here are really lovely! not only did they give me directions to the store, free parking nearby, and put items on hold for me after I called, they also spent the time to help me find what I was looking for. They also assisted with a return of an online sale purchase with a store credit that I didn't want to keep after the store had closed - not making me feel uncomfortable about keeping them back. They have given me information about when new stock is coming in and are always friendly.
