Dr Holly! One of the most empathetic compassionate personable doctors I have been to. Takes the time to hear you and examine you and get to the bottom of things. Fantastic throughout my pregnancy and follow through. Great with my toddler. Just an overall amazing doctor. (The clinic is pretty great too)

I would have to express that the professionalism and care by the doctors and medical staff at Benowa Village are far beyond anywhere I have experienced so far in Australia.
I have a few serious on going problems with my health and I'm very happy to say that because of the insight and empathy taken, my health is improving.

Wonderful experience at this clinic. My son and I attend this clinic for chronic conditions. We both see Dr. Guy who is extremely professional, kind and he certainly goes the extra mile in making sure your health needs are met.

I have had a complicated medical condition and I’m coming down hugely in the medications that another Dr had me on strong pain killers for years. Dr Thompson & some of the other Dr’s there have been awesome to not only talk to, they’re really supportive. It’s taken a long time to get on to such good, caring Dr’s that are Very good at just general practice, that’s hard to find in the young Drs of today.

By far the BEST medical practice on the Gold Coast. Dr Guy De Silva is one of the most compassionate, warm and genuine Drs I’ve consulted with, you are never made to feel uncomfortable or silly for asking questions . Everything is explained thoroughly and he will go above and beyond for his patients. There are times I have had to consult with his colleagues if he was away or not available and every single one of them treated me with respect, kindness and compassion. The reception staff are always sweet, easy to talk to and will always try their best to accommodate patients where they can. This practice has restored my faith in the medical profession and I would recommend highly if you are looking for staff and Drs who treat patients with kindness and respect.

I have been seeing Dr Holly MacDonald for a couple of years. She has a lovely caring manner and I really appreciate the way she listens. She is switched on and understands the importance of lifestyle on health. Often prescribing more social interaction, movement and fresh air, than heading straight for the prescription pad. She never rushes you or makes you feel you are wasting her time.

Dr Denby is fantastic with kids, extremely thorough and explains everything. He takes his time and my boys are always happy to go to him.

Dr Sharma is one of the best doctors my family have had. He is Always following up and always very thorough, empathetic and never rushing us off. I would highly recommend him as a doctor

Best GP clinic on the Gold Coast! A very well-rounded and knowledgeable team of doctors and nurses. Everyone from the reception staff to the doctors are friendly and really take the time to listen and explain things. Love Dr. Wing, and can’t recommend her enough! :)

This is a wonderful Doctor Surgery with many different doctors that can attend to your every needs. The Reception staff are so pleasant and helpful. There is an S&N blood collection and a Brilliant Dr that specialises in skin and wound management. Female and male doctors, very lucky to have found this fantastic practice.

As we've come to expect, my wife and I were received cordially by both the receptionist and our GP, Dr Lachlan Thompson. Both are competent, caring and a credit to the practice. We know we are in good hands and our health needs are met. Thank you.

Best medical practice I have ever been to in my 73 years. Kind, patient, knowledgeable doctors who give you time and make you feel as though you are not just a number. Highly recommendable and reception girls are very efficient.

Going to a doctor generally is a somewhat stressful experience, not here the receptionists are always very friendly and make things as easy for you as possible and doctor I see is great. Wouldn’t go anywhere else
