I had a good experience at this shop and found strange to read the negative reviews. I hope that my positive review is true about this business. I delt with the shop few times but had only possitive experience. I am going there back tomorrow.

Everything the first review states is absolutely correct. The owner of this business has been ripping people off for years and everyone I have spoken to in the centre will reiterate how unethical he is. They will do anything for a sale but they certainly will not meet their commercial obligations when it comes to a refund. These people are sharks buyer beware. I'm taking it further.
Finally got that refund under much duress and told not to come back into the shop -- clearly there is no respect here for Consumer rights, legal trade and customer service.
Really quite amusing as normally he makes staff chase people as they leave the store still trying to sell them things they don't want.
They rely on tourist trade ignorant of commercial reality and unable to return goods.
I'm ok with not going back in there hahaha like really ok

This was the worst retail encounter I have ever experienced. I went as a care worker with one of my clients who the day before was mislead to believe an item she bought was completely different to what she got. As my client is a woman with quadriplegia she could not try it on herself, when the staff member tried it on her she made her believe it had long sleeves(which it didn’t) when approaching the staff member the following day she was told she couldn’t do a refund and couldn’t get hold of the owner to authorise it. My client was told to come back in 2 days to see the woman who sold it to her. As my client is extremely unwell this is very hard for her. We left the store after an hour and a half with no refund and no solution. The most frustrating and disgusting retail experience I’ve ever had.

Buyers beware of this shop, they sell fake leather goods and put on designer tags and price and claim them to be the genuine thing. All these products are from none branded product purchased from China. They are very unethical and fraudulent. Please don't waste your time and hard earn money at a rubbish place like this. If you do be warned they will not allow you to exchange or refund.
