Earls Court Motel and Apartments

Clean and tidy and our apartment was well furnished for our extended stay.
Very friendly staff and extremely understanding and helpful.

I stayed at Earls Court, long term over 2023. I cannot find fault, despite the long stay. Beginning with the location, Earls Court is 200 metres from the tram stop, which will have you in Surfers Paradise in 12 minutes (no need to find parking there). Alternatively, connect with the services to Brisbane Airport or Gold Coast Airport (both international). The IGA store (300 metres away) is an outstanding supermarket, and is attached to the EMF Gym, Dendy Cinemas and numerous ethnic cafes and restaurants. But the real location 'gem' value is being in the Southport Medical Precedent, which includes the Gold Coast Hospital (and Griffith University), numerous private hospitals, and a plethora medical specialists. All of this is within walking distance or is 10 minutes by the tram. The all night surgery is only 50 metres away. The Earls Court staff are mature (in a worldly way), professional and genuinely friendly (always up for a chat). In a relaxed manner, they keep the site under a fixed standard of control and at the same time, they work accommodate the needs of their diverse guests. I have stayed at Earls Court several times before. This time was in one of the renovated apartments. These are not partial renovations, the are total. The quality of the finish, features and fittings of each apartment was certainly at the upper end of the market - yet the fees I paid were certainly reasonable (by any standard). My neighbors in the new apartments included other very senior and well respected professionals. I do not recall anyone making negative comments. I have read other reviews. None of the negative reviews are unique to Earls Court and they all deal with issues common to all accommodation (no matter where or how expensive). In summary, Earls Court is in an excellent location (particularly if you, or someone close to you, requires medical care), the staff are worldly and genuinely caring, the rooms are top rate - yet reasonable and with all of the completed the renovations, Earls Court will become sought after accommodation for a wide range of professionals and corporates. I stayed for 3 nights and couldn't complain about anything at all ! Very close to the tram stop, undercover parking available for my car and the room provided everything I needed. Simple things like a nice hot shower were available, quiet at night and it was refreshing to use the pool after a day on my feet. Was exactly what I needed as a base while I attended the V8 Supercar weekend and explored the coast.

Friendly staff. Rooms were clean. Close to tram line and new shopping centre. If you are on one of the end rooms near the outdoor smoking area you may need to the shut the windows.

Stayed here for 2 weeks. The management and staff are very friendly with amazing customer service. My room was very clean and comfortable, the queen size bed was just as comfortable as my own posturepedic bed at home. For the price it was very reasonable. Thank you for a great stay will be recommending to all 👍👍👍👌👌👌

Clean and tidy. Friendly and more than helpful staff. Early checkin was ready by 10:30. Housekeeping was friendly. Breaky was on time and lovely. Stayed for my daughters recuperation of surgery and couldn't ask for a better place.
If I had to pick something if anything would be an extra power point for microwave and kettle but we made do. Thanks so much for being so accommodating.

This is a such good place. The staff are awesome and very kind. Rooms are clean and so organised, bed well made too. I just loved the daily room service. In regards to the location I'm very satisfied, it's close to the shopping centre, stores and just across the road is the tram station.

Good and Big rooms. Weekly costs are cheaper. The room comes with amenities like a microwave, tea kettle, plates, spoons, bread toaster, etc

Also other amenities like hair dryer, iron, iron board, tv and extra linens are also provided in the room.

The property is just beside the nerang street metro station. A station away from Southport, the food and shipping hub.

Recommended if you're looking for a weekly or monthly stay!

Great friendly staff apartment was clean and we'll maintained. Close to everything you need eg. Beaches, food, entertainment is just a short walk or tram ride. Would highly recommend this place to stay

My dad stayed here while my mum was in hospital. With my dad not from the area the staff at the motel even took my Dad to the tram station to show him the ropes of the public transport. How good is that!!! Money and star ratings can't buy that. Awesome customer service!!!

We booked a room for 2 nights over the Australia day long weekend. From the ease of booking to getting the text on the day to say "your room is now ready to check in and we look forward to meeting you" We pulled into Earls court which was easy to find on Nerang Rd Southport for a couple of tired victorians , We walked Into reception and were pleasantly greeted by the staff who got our paperwork sorted in record time ! After parking our car n the underground carpark we ventured upstairs to our room through the apartment complex which was neat and well kept. The moment of truth was upon us as we inserted our key into the wondering what was the other side as we had stayed in some complete shockers earlier....The lock turned and the door opened... "Wow" what a neat and spacious apartment/room !! Everything was well set out and more importantly clean. We would not hesitate to recommend this to others and will keep this on our list of preferred accommodation to stay in on Future Gold Coast expeditions.

We stayed here 1 night while we were in the area , it was nice, the room was clean and easy to check in and out and the parking was convenient.

Would definitely recommend this place, nice and quiet and the rooms are always maintained by the cleaners. Friendly staff that are very attentive and helpful!
