The ladies there was lovely. Love their smiles. Always ordered mango fresh milk and brown sugar milk tea. Its amazing and they make the tea super fast. Except some others who order too, they cut the line and stuff, otherwise everything is perfect. Keep it up!

Auburn Gongcha is my best local drinks shop. I'm a regular customer and the quality of the drinks makes me come back for more. Grape green tea and passionfruit green tea are our favourite. The drinks are so nice and delicious. The staff here are also nice, friendly and professional. The waiting here is minimal because the staff make them so quickly. all the processs are very smooth :)

One of the best Gong Chas, I've been to in sydney. The staff are very friendly and never disappointed in the drinks I've gotten. Highly recommend the green tea yoghurt!!

This branch’s customer service and proficiency supersedes most of its other branches. A specific shout-out to the two staff members whom usually work on Saturday evenings. Great service, great precision and have even memorised what I usually order, so a huge thumbs up to them!

The girls here always remember mine and my partner’s order, we don’t even need to tell them anything and we get our drinks fast and correctly, very happy with the service and quality of the drinks 🍹
