Hot Yoga Southport

I'm loving it! I've been doing yoga for about 15 years and it was my first time at Hot Yoga SouthPort. Every instructor here is amazing. They are so attentive to each individual and really push you to get the most from each posture. Each class is fun, challenging, informative, and beneficial. After two weeks I feel a huge difference in my body.

This wonderful space is so much more than just a yoga studio.
It offers a vast array of yoga styles to suit all levels of experience, but also has a vibrant and friendly community who are welcoming and supportive.
I highly recommend the studio to anyone looking to work on their fitness, strength and flexibility, as well as their mindset.
You will find both your physical and mental health will benefit greatly.

It's been such a beautiful experience here. I'm so glad that I've gotten back into the habit of yoga. The teachers here have been nothing short of incredible. The energy they bring to each class is always so positive and full of light. Thank you for this beautiful experience.

I recommend your yoga studio to friends ALL the time! It is such a great studio, great staff, great owners, great smell (no bikram gross carpet stink), great lessons, amazing infrared lamps, great variety of classes. I really love this studio and have nothing bad to say about it. Its always awesome and feels extremely friendly <3

Lovely studio - bright and welcoming. High standards of cleanliness and spacious changing rooms and showers. Darren delivered an energetic, inspiring class with humour and empathy. There’s a very obvious sense of established community here but, as a newcomer, I was still welcomed with open arms. Would definitely recommend and will be bringing my own family.

The class was professionally led with the clear tone of voice and encouraging energy from the instructor. The duration and timing was excellent. It was a shorter version of a classic 90 min Bikram. Few postures were sequenced together, with savasana followed.
The studio is spacious and new, with plenty parking outside. Absolutely loved it!
I thoroughly enjoyed the class, I missed hot yoga so much, and see myself continuing with this studio.

After many years away from yoga, I have totally fallen in love with Bikram Yoga Southport. The owners and instructors have always made me feel like a part of an extended yoga family. BYSouthport is a fantastic studio offering a range of different classes including the good old 90min 26/2 Bikram, intermediate Bikram, Vin, Yin, Kundalini. The Yogi Community is amazingly welcoming and supportive and the special events not to be missed! Totally love it ❤

This was my first time doing Bikram and I've only ever done a handful of yoga classes. I was so nervous. After we began, I felt really comfortable to go at my own pace. If it became to much I simply layed down and came back to my breath.
I went to work after and felt really good. My muscles were aching the next couple of days, which I love, because that shows me that I had a beautiful workout and those qching muscles were in fact me growing stronger.
I'd definitely love to come again.

I was nervous going to my first session I've never done Bikram Yoga and very little yoga in general. The moment I walked through the door I was welcomed.

The delivery of the original sequence, the accuracy, guidance & adjustments from the teacher were what I was optimistic of receiving to update, improve & develop my practice....all of those were spot on, Darren made that all possible, such a great job, was epic :).

Just awesomely beautiful people. So happy I found this place. Highly recommend for anyone even those with self esteem issues. You won't have that after going here. Very greatful to Darren, Robbie and Natasha for their kindness, warmth and patience. Awesome place!
