Commonwealth Bank Gungahlin Branch

Was at the Gungahlin Branch in person this morning Monday 19th Feb, 2024 Although she was very busy , I was warmly greeted at the door by Jenene, offered a place to sit and wait whilst she continued to address customers in need in a professional manner.. After a 10 Min wait I was greeted by a Home specialist Mohe, who answered all my questions clearly. He reviewed our home loan on the spot and has saved a a substantial amount per month on our repayments. Thankyou Mohe for your assistance today, your outstanding customer service was very much appreciated

very surprised by the reviews. I've had a great experience this afternoon with the gungahlin branch. Sorry i didn't get any name. But the staff member who helped me with the AoS was super kind and helpful. All the other staff members I met today were nice, including the kind lady who came to explain the reason for the queue, thank you. And I can see they were trying to help customers from the line to reduce the waiting time. Maybe some training are done coz the previous reviews lol. Anyway, I just want to say thanks again to the staffs who helped me today. Wish you all have a safe and sound Xmas.

great place. only 2 hours of wait time only to know that we were missing one document. they could have told us that we did not have that document but if they did tell us we would not have had this wonderful wait of 2 hours and they were so kind to send us back after 2 hours

I recently had an appointment with Rebecca Smith at the Gungahlin branch. Rebecca is one of Commonwealths 'Small Business Specialists' and she was an amazing help!! She offered great business suggestions and advice whilst resolving every question/problem I had in a very efficient manner :) 10/10 from me.

Go there often, closes early like other banks but staff is always nice and keen on helping you.

After going yesterday, I am appalled by the public. When you get there 20 mins before closing time and treat staff with respect it can really help to get served. I waited 30 min to get serviced and got everything that I needed done. It is also not their fault if its busy. Stop huffing and puffing 😒
PS: to the boomers complaining. No one cares how long you have been a customer of Commbank. Losing 1 customer will not affect them

Yesterday, I went to CBA for open my account because i am new in australia. I don’t know what was the process. After some time’s one member came and ask me what do you want ? One of the staff member was very helpful and open my account very quickly. He was very friendly. So, I am happy with this good service form CBA.
