Just Received my first gaming pc! These guys were 100% perfect and I would recommend them in a heart beat. I went in not knowing anything without pc's and came out feeling confident to make a purchase. They explained things simply enough that I could understand and yet I was still fed all of the knowledge required to make a decision. The company felt incredibly family friendly while still feeling professional. I couldn't recommend them enough.

Amazing service!! Garth quickly diagnosed the problem with my computer and gave me multiple advices for me to choose - he even gave me an advice that is not beneficial for his business but he did so anyway as it was more suitable for my need. Very friendly, very professional and location/parking is very good too. If you want solution for your needs, these are the guys for you.

When a young male employee (Lawson) represents the company they work for with integrity, kindness, compassion and heart
you know it has to come from the top and would certainly be a company you would want to utilise.
I had the awesome experience of being assisted by Lawson to stop me having to get my wheelchair and assistance dog out of my car. He went out of his way and took the time to help when there was absolutely no gain for him.
I can assure you they will be the first company I call when I need help!!!!!!! Give them a call.

I was lucky to find Computer Guys when I was on the Gold Coast for a systems engineer conference and my laptop got crushed in a podium malfunction. I had low hope but Garth here got it working again and saved my presentation. We got chatting about networks and systems and he demonstrated an impressively deep understanding of business IT systems and strategies. Pure gold. Highly recommend.

Garth and Amit are very reliable and always there to help with any IT issues. I have been dealing with the boys for many years. Recently i introduced them to our office and staff, where they have presented suggestions for improvement and been making changes for overall efficiency and operation of our computing systems. A great experience. My laptop had water damage and although it took a couple days, the guy offered to let me borrow a laptop in the meantime since I'm a uni-student. Not only that, I thought there was no hope for this laptop but he found a way to help me against all odds and I have a functioning laptop for uni again. Amazing.

I was so impressed with both the before and after service. The equipment is quality plus. Nothing is to much trouble. I used these guys based on the reviews they got. I was not disappointed as Garth and Amit were very helpful and fixed my computer, nothing was too much trouble. They did an excellent job, fast and efficient and were very reasonably priced. I’ll be using them again next time and will highly recommend them to my friends.

Had a query regarding the ASUS laptop not charging. Garth was extra helpful, suggesting a few options for testing and/or repair. His diagnosis was quite clear and all options and charges were transparent from the outset. Further advice given to retrieve emails. These guys are GREAT. The Computer Guys are such a huge help to our business. We go out of our way to use their service because they are so great but they have also come a long way out of theirs if an office visit is required. Can't speak highly enough of them!
