Exceptional service and an amazing hotel.

The architecture is amazing, the pool is one of the best I've seen with a really nice bar, sip on cocktails by the pool. The room was clean and had really high-end finishes with floor to ceiling glass. The staff were just as pleasant, they were flexible with check-in and out, and gave my son a teddy on arrival, they couldn't be more helpful and friendly.

Overall it was an amazing experience, staff went above and beyond and I definitely recommend this place.

We recently stayed at the Dorsett for my partners birthday.
From the moment we walked in we could not fault it.
The reception staff were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable of what to do in the area.
Our room was beautiful, clean and had a balcony with a beautiful view of the ocean.
Easy walking distance to casino and restaurants.

We recently stayed at Dorsett Gold Coast for our daughter’s wedding. The hotel is lovely with friendly and helpful staff. It’s conveniently located within the casino complex making it easy to access entertainment and food and it’s also a quick walk across to the Oasis Centre & Pacific Fair shopping centre. The rooms are a reasonable size, lovely large walk on showers and are clean and new. The bed was VERY firm and the pillows either too firm or too flat. We enjoyed our stay here.

Me and my partner had a great time and loved our stay. We paid for one of the king deluxe rooms and had breakfast included. Everything was awesome, except for the fact that the only option of eggs at the breakfast buffet was scrambled eggs. I would have loved to have had at least another option such as fried or poached given that this was not a cheap stay. Otherwise I would highly recommend staying here, please add a second option of eggs to the included breakfast and everything will be 100%!!!
Can't wait to come back.

Staff at reception was lovely and welcoming, gave us a nice surprise and upgraded our room to the executive king room.

The room was immaculate and the bed was so comfortable, as well as the river view from the room 1817! which we loved to sit at the balcony enjoyed the view and the fresh air.

Pacific fair and Broadbeach all within walking distance, casino was right next to the Dorsett

Staff Christian and two ladies from Friday evening (forgot to ask their name) at the executive lounge provided us with the best service. It was the best experience at the Dorsett GC and we will definitely be coming back.

My partner and I checked in with Isabelle tonight and I couldn’t wait to leave to give this review. She gave us the loveliest service and needs to be praised for it. Isabelle was welcoming, positive and fun to talk to. Not only did she start our experience here the right way, we also love how well presented or room is. Can’t thank the staff here enough for the experience we have received. Will 100% be coming back

Really enjoyed our stay at Dorsett and would highly recommend this place! The staff here were very accommodating and our room was clean and had really nice views. The location is also amazing - it was within walking distance to the beach, shopping centre and nice restaurants. Would definitely stay here again next time!

Stayed for my daughters 18th Birthday celebrations for the week and it was a perfect stay. Beautiful hotel with a lovely team who made our stay wonderful. On arrival in our room a cute and thoughtful gift was awaiting us which added that extra touch to our stay. Our Room was spacious, clean and so pretty.
The hotel was perfectly located with a 5 minute walk to Pacific Fair for some retail therapy and right next door with easy access to the Star Casino and its restaurants.
We are already looking forward to our next stay.

Great place to stay, very comfortable and clean. The room was great, including the views however was disappointed that the only options on the TV were free-to-air channels. Rest of the experience was fantastic though, especially the complimentary drinks at The Star Grand Pool which were given to us as compensation for the Dorsett pool being closed.

The rooms were clean and new with a great bathroom and balcony. All of the staff that we met went out of their way to assist and seemed to be a really great team together.
It felt like we were staying in a hotel that was more expensive than what we had paid as we were on a budget. We stayed with kids and extended family, and we all loved it. Definitely recommend. Also connected to the casino but you wouldn't know it unless you went there.

Our experience at Dorsett Hotel was exceptionally enjoyable. The rooms were impeccably clean, the location was conveniently close to local eateries, and Pacific Fair was just a short 10-minute walk away. What truly stood out was the outstanding customer service, beginning from reception to housekeeping. Every staff member was amiable and certainly enhanced our stay. BEST LOCATION!!! Absolutely loved the luxury styling, location right next to the casino, theatre, the best restaurants in the city & beautiful views without heavy traffic. Close to the beach too. The coffee in the cafe was brilliant! Food was amazing! We stayed in the corner room & loved the view morning & night. So glad we picked the Dorsett to stay for our honey moon…. Just make sure you read the email so you don’t get lost in the car park though. I should have done that beforehand. 😅

We absolutely love staying at the Dorsett Hotel! From the comfortable bedding, luxurious room, and bathroom. It’s a relaxing getaway for us. We love going down to the large pool for a swim. Great for kids! And always recommended the buffet breakfast at Harvest Restaurant 👌

My stay at The Dorsett was truly unforgettable. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism that set the tone for the rest of my visit. The room exceeded my expectations, boasting modern furnishings, plush bedding, and thoughtful touches that made me feel right at home. What truly set this hotel apart, however, was the level of service provided by the staff.

Having just returned from Fiji our expectations were high & the Dorsett didn’t disappoint. Immaculate rooms , friendly , knowledgeable staff, amazing meal at the garden kitchen & bar. The pool area is something else , awesome beats and cocktails, cracking place to chill. Will definitely return.

Excellent hotel, we couldn't have been more impressed. Zac Graham went above & beyond to make our stay a memorable one. I highly suggest the Executive Lounge - was such a unique add on which you won't regret. One of the best hotels in Broadbeach. We cannot wait until we return again.

Beautiful hotel.

I recently stayed at Dorsett Gold Coast for one night to celebrate my partner’s birthday.

Check in was simple and staff were friendly.
Our room was a Standard King room, and had everything we needed - complimentary toiletries, tea and coffee, a comfy bed, and a nice view.
The room we stayed in also felt very modern, with touchpads to control the lighting of the room, as well as our privacy status and to call for our room to be made-up. Large block out curtains completed our room, as we wanted to have a sleep-in in the morning.

Location is fantastic. The hotel is connected to the Star Casino on level 3, and is right across the road to Pacific Fair Shopping Centre. If you wish to visit Surfers Paradise, it is only a short tram ride away. This would be perfect for tourists wanting to stay in the heart of the Gold Coast

There is also a pool however we did not check it out. However, the pictures look lovely.

I forgot to take pictures of our room however I have included pictures of the view from our room on level 18.

I would stay here again for its location and cleanliness of the rooms.

This hotel is absolutely lovely, and we were thoroughly impressed with the quality of service provided. Our corner room had beautiful modern décor and was impeccably clean. The pool area is simply stunning, and the pool-side food was both delicious and reasonably priced. The buffet breakfast offers a wide range of options to choose from. Additionally, the location is fantastic, with easy access to Broadbeach restaurants, the beach, and Pacific Fair mall. Overall, our stay was great.

Amazing location and experience. Was impressive from start to finish. Executive lounge was totally worth the extra money with amazing canapés, a great breakfast service and just some really terrific staff. Well done team it’s a definite regular spot for me
