We don’t have the words to thank you Dr Richard Thompson and all the Team enough, that was part of our daughter's surgery - 7 Feb 2024.

We are speechless at the level of expertise, care and professionalism in how all was conducted and handled and most importantly the incredible outcome! Wow wow wow!!

Dr Thompson you specifically have been a big part of our lives since our daughter’s birth and dealing with her defect, I myself owe you the world for being so supportive and treating her like your own daughter through all this time right until the extraction.
I was an absolute mess with nerves and fear for many years and more so during the surgery but now a tremendous weight has been lifted and we have no more fears with that lump now gone. THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart for everything.

You are an incredible human that is a super star in their profession and we truly are so blessed and lucky to have come your way over 8 years ago.

I wanted to thank Dr Thompson from the bottom of our hearts for giving our son range of movement following the release of a tongue tie. Our son had a tongue tie procedure done at around 9 months old. He is now 2 and thriving. Dr Thompson is professional, kind and has a wealth of knowledge. I would highly recommend to anyone needing compassionate care of their child

Dr Thompson and his team were nothing short of amazing when looking after our precious 1 month old. From accounts, to bookings, communication, time in hospital and the procedure itself .. we are so very grateful for the start to end process. Had my daughter assessed for a tongue and lip tie, her tongue tie was revised but refused to touch the lip. 5 weeks on and I have been advised by another doctor that her tongue has not been done sufficiently and her lip definitely needs to be revised. Now my baby has to go through the procedure twice which is obviously stressful and expensive for a parent.
