What can I say. Everything about my experience with this surgery was exceptional. Reception staff were friendly, caring, helpful and professional. Dr Kim is beyond excellent. His knowledge, experience and skills are amazing. We had a toenail issue that two podiatrists failed to fix over twelve months of pain and suffering. Dr Kim took one look at the toe, and told us what the issue was, what he knew needed to be done and how he would deal with it. He gave us many options for pain treatment also. His bedside manner, compassion and overall tone as a Doctor are inspiring. He is very considerate and understanding. The surgery has been a success and finally we are on the road to having this issue done with. We are very very pleased to have access to his wonderful service.

Outstanding! Very rarely do you come across a specialist so professional & approachable. I required ingrown toe nail surgery and Dr Kim was able to fit me in at my initial consultation which saved me the fear of returning later. Thank you for being so caring and thoughtful through the procedure.

What a great surgeon Dr Kim has been, I had a double bunion removal and my feet straightened, nothing was any trouble for our Doctor, all hours of the day and night he was contactable . He is one of the few Doctors who

Great professional, friendly and knowledgeable doctor. Just great.

Had a procedure done on my hammertoes called a Tenotomy the tendons are cut releasing the toes and the clawing that was causing my toe beds to bleed and was very painful.
I first heard about the procedure after watching a surgeon do it in his practice, and the patient walking away in a small sandal boot which only had to be used for a week.

Dr Soo was one of a handful doing this surgery when I searched online. I’m so glad I found him at Southport. He was amazing, and I can now walk without pain.
I’m glad I chose this option instead of surgery and pins etc, with six weeks recovery time.

Dr Soo was kind, friendly, and professional all at the same time. I cannot recommend him highly enough.
