I recently had some repair work done on my car bumper which looks brand new.

Once the day light started to get a bit darker, the pearl white colour of my car (which is very hard to match) started to look a bit off colour to the rest of the car. I took it back in and the guys at the collision centre booked it straight back in for a repaint with no issues.

I’m really happy with the work and quick turn around time of the repairs.

Yes it could 6 months for my car to be fixed but that is down to parts supply from Germany! All the staff I spoke to on the phone, Jodie, Megan and the rest are super lovely! I would have called at least 100 times over the 6 month period but they were always happy to follow up and provide answers and info about the various stages my car was at. They gave me lots of help after hours when the car was first delivered to me and they really want above and beyond for me. Thankyou to all the people that worked on my car, she is my pride and joy and im glad to have her back looking better than when I first got her.

I have recently had the need to have my car repaired after an accident, by Gold Coast Collision Centre. The staff at this workshop turned it into a very positive experience. In a very challenging environment the staff in the front office, Tiffany, Jody, Kirsty (sorry if I missed anyone) were extremely polite and very efficient at planning and organising time lines etc. As well, the boys I spoke with were very professional and also very polite. Highly recommend Gold Coast Collision Centre and thankyou!

I recently went through my insurance to have the rear end of my car fixed. My air con has been leaking into the front seat of my car for which I had a towel laid out, I was expecting to come back to my car smelling and gross but Gold Coast Collision centre actually cleaned it up for me and layed new mats down as well as wiped my dash board, I definitely got my car back better than when I left it

Had some work done on the front end. I was hand washing my car about six months later and there was still a slight misalignment of my bonnet - a little lip where it meets the panel work. I dropped by and Darcy adjusted it in five minutes or so. Mistakes happen which I'm sure this was a small oversight, but they fixed it up right then and there. Can't fault that kind of service.

I have just had my Mazda 6 repaired and the smoothness of the process has amazed me. I dropped the car off, Uber to get hire car and same in reverse to pick up the car. Such a great service operation- smooth

The gang here are always friendly and helpful. Have used them before and found the explanation and communication fabulous. Very happy to use again.

My Vehicle has only been with this Assessor/Repairer for a few days, but they have provided more customer service than my own Insurer and previous “recommended” assessor for the past 6 weeks!!!

GCCC have kept me up to date, and have constantly answered all my questions without a doubt, also by being open and upfront with what to potentially expect whilst being sympathetic with me during this period.

I am so glad that previous customers convinced me to fight for my vehicle to be taken to GCCC. I can’t wait to see the work from the team, and to have to have my vehicle back on the road!

The service I received from Megan and her team was impeccable. I had initially bought my car in to get a quote for repair after being rear ended, Megan took so much time and care in explaining what needed to be fixed. She was extremely helpful in answering all my questions, even to do with the insurance side of things as I had never had an accident before and wasn’t sure of the process. She got the quote to me the next day and was able to book my car in ASAP for repair. I am so happy that it is now just as good as it was before, no one would ever know! My partner had a very bad car accident which required multiple parts ordered and she was devastated and stressed but Megan helped out and was very comforting and super insightful. Had my Mercedes Benz repaired at this shop and they did an amazing job!
Repaired everything perfectly and all the extra too.
Also washed and cleaned the vehicle which i didn't expect...was sparkling when I got it back.

Used Collision centre to repair my vehicle. Explained to their team I could only afford to be without my vehicle for minimum time due to using the vehicle to run my business. I was super impressed with these guys! The team at Gold Coast Collision Centre were all so lovely. My poor car was in such a state when someone reversed into me. They fixed it all and my car looks good as new. They even detailed it for me. They were so quick, thorough and efficient, they organised a courtesy car for me while mine was in the shop been repaired. Flawless service, 10/10 would recommend.

We do not know much about cars and so we were anxious to find a repairer we could trust. Gold Coast Collision Centre was outstanding in their service, work and efficiency. Hi all, After months of searching and weeks in the waiting to receive my new baby. I finally got her. 6 weeks after it was hit on the M1.
........... 4x4-1 , Commodore-0 ..........
I was referred to Gold Coast Collision Centre and have not been at so much ease ever since the accident.
I then had a phone call from my insurance company, in turn they advised me that my car was at the best place on the east coast of QLD to be repaired, and my assessor said that several times. That made me feel even more assured that I definitely chose the right place to take my car to. So far they have been more then professional and very easy to communicate with.
Kylie has been more then helpful going above and beyond to make sure all my concerns are addressed. Not only having the panel damage repaired but also arranged to have a full systems check on the car, to rule out any mechanical damage as a result from the impact.
