Miele Experience Centre Southport

We attended the "Combi Steam Pro Oven 3-in-1" which was excellent for us, as Jo showed us the endless possibilties we had for cooking with this oven. Having attend the "Principles of Steam" at an earlier session with "Jo", where she found out my passion for Sous Vide cooking, we were very pleased to find out that she had gone the extra mile and printed off a number of recipes I could use in our oven. Well worth attending for anyone who has purchased the Combi Steam Pro Oven 3-in-1.

Recently visited the showroom with the purpose of replacing our old Miele dishwasher. We received a friendly greeting from Lis-Anna who showed us the range available. She explained the features of each model and answered all our questions making the process of choosing a lot easier. We were offered coffee, tea, water while we were looking and did not feel pressured or rushed into making a decision. The whole experience was a positive one and our dishwasher was delivered and installed yesterday. The delivery team were punctual, professional and polite and I'm very happy with the new dishwasher.

I went into the Miele showroom on Saturday. I was tentative because of the reviews that some had left on Google. This fear was misplaced. Jill was fantastic. Helpful, respectful and very knowledgeable. She even suggested we come into the cooking demonstration and offered the booking URL to assist in this process. Jill also followed with a quotation and availability of the equipment we wanted. Bravo Miele!

Called into the showroom on Saturday morning to buy a new dishwasher. Morgan and Mike were amazing. Mike looked at the photos of our current one and with his knowledge new straight away what we needed. Morgan took us down stairs showed us our options and what they could supply straight away. They certainly know about customer experience, nothing was an effort. We will have the new dishwasher on Tuesday. Speed and Convenience, now I know why I choose Miele. Thankyou Morgan and Mike, you guys definitely are the A TEAM.....

Thank you to Mike Shaw and his team at Southport. Mike's customer service was exceptional. It is nice to know when you purchase products as good as Miele, you have a customer service team behind the product to assist you with the after sales service. Nothing was too difficult for Mike. Having purchased 8 Miele appliances for our home it is nice to feel valued and Mike certainly made us feel this way after our recent experience at the Southport store. Very happy customers who appreciate your service.

During a kitchen renovation I found the kick-board support legs for my old Miele G2243 dishwasher were broken.
I wandered down to Miele in Southport where , within 2 minutes ( and I am not exaggerating) I had been given 2 replacement legs and was told that there would be no cost. Wow! Nice to see such excellent and sympathetic customer service still exists. Thank you Miele.

After visiting a Miele distributor on the Gold Cost and receiving poor customer service I attended the Miele store.
The experience was exceptional, both Jasmine and Karin were very professional and helpful and resulted in the distributor losing any commission they would have received and my purchasing 6 kitchen appliances from the two ladies who served me.
Definitely recommend the Miele showroom for your kitchen appliances.

I really wanted to give Mike a handshake after talking with him for about 20 minutes. I went there to buy a coffee machine and the advice and sharing of his personal knowledge helped me to make a 100% informed decision. He was down to earth and not at all sales driven. Miele generally sells itself based on it's own quality and I found Mike to be an honest guide and not a salesman. I have not dealt with any of the other staff at Southport apart from Reception that offered me Tea, Coffee or a glass of cold water on arrival. I am about to demolish the Kitchen that came with our house and now have a good idea, thanks to Mike, what's going to replace our current disappointment in hot plates and oven. Whatever you need in your home, It's all under one roof. Thanks Mike. I'll see you soon.

Very good service. I personally feel they are very friendly and professional. I know what I want before I went there I just simply don't want to go Harvey Norman.

Friendly helpful staff.Attended both Oven and Induction courses and found them very helpful.The food preparation and cooking were clearly explained (and delicious).Top marks!

Great Service

Beware buying from here, as there is minimal after sales support. They don’t respond to emails despite saying “If further assistance is required please respond to this email.” We have to wait over a month for a service call to review a faulty appliance despite notifying them of this on the day it was installed. Our experience has been consistent with other negative reviews here.
