Oaks Gold Coast Hotel

Camilla (sorry if I spelled it wrong!) she was the receptionist on when we checked in. So friendly and very very helpful! Helped make our anniversary just that little more special.

The rooms are very spacious and I will admit it isn't modern but for the price we are very happy. Bed is comfy and the views are lovely.

The good: Amazing super helpful staff, beds seem to be made from fluffy clouds and happiness and the best shower ever!

The bad: $20 for parking per day.

The hotel was lovely and staff were very helpful in setting up the room to celebrate our engagement. They couldn't do enough to make our stay extra special! The location was great with a tram station directly across from us and the beach was a few minutes walk. Also a 20 minute walk to the main surfers paradise with plenty of pubs and restaurants.

Fantastic place with amazing views, staff is just another level! INCREDIBLY FANTASTIC service, so friendly and happy staff made my stay a heaven so I keep extending 💓

Good walk to the main area but far enough away you're not bothered. Close to the beach and nice rooms.

Absolutely fantastic stay at the Oaks for the event on the Weekend. I've stayed there before as a kid when it was Crown Towers.. rooms were the same as I remember and enjoyed my stay. They handled the craziness of the weekend quiet well and I commend that. Just wish there was a way to get discounted breakfast or breakfast included from Crowne.

I will definitely keep coming to oaks again and again. This one in particular has even prettier rooms than Brisbane. Loving the older elegance marble bathrooms.

It’s always a lovely stay with oaks and really good value for the location and size of the rooms.

One thing in particular I did want to mention was service. The blonde lady working at the front to check us in was absolutely wonderful.

I have me ever felt so welcomed and comfortable checking it. We need more people who are willing to smile and have a little laugh while still holding a really elegant professionalism. Amazing job ☺

Exceptional service, decent ammenities and overall good hotel to stay at for a trip

Booked a 1 bedroom, partial ocean view. Was surprised at how big it was. Staff were very welcoming and check-in was organised earlier.

Staff were relaxed and so friendly and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble. Beds plush and more comfortable than some 5* we have stayed at. Thank you for the safety rail near the spa, fantastic, it allowed my wife to enjoy it, being able to get in and out safely. A great experience, we will be back!

After being mucked about by another hotel I turned up without notice, in the afternoon, midweek at the hotel to enquire about a room. I am used to receiving mediocre service at hotel desks so I was very pleasantly surprised to engage in conversation with a young lady who was intelligent, articulate and seemed to know what my next question would be. Because my 4x4 did not fit in their underground carparking she went out of her way to assist me in sourcing alternative parking and could not have been more helpful. I got the cheapest room available and for a very reasonable price I got a clean, large, modern room with great views. By far the best value for money I've received on the GoldCoast and i will definitely be staying there again.

This is my first time staying at the Oaks Gold Coast Hotel and could not be happier. The spa bath is beautiful and deep. Beds are comfortable and the staff are amazing. The outdoor pool area is quite nice and I have spent plenty of time in the hot tub. There is a service station straight across the road and tram station out front which is very convenient

My boyfriend and I have stayed at Oaks Gold Coast twice and I’ve got to say, the accomodation definitely doesn’t disappoint. The rooms are very large and impeccably clean. The bed and shower have been impressive in both the rooms we have stayed in. Not to mention, the staff are absolutely wonderful and really take care of you. The carpark can be a little daunting as it is quite tight and sometimes it can be hard to manoeuvre, but that is the only bad thing I could say about Oaks. Definitely a great place to stay!

Stayed here for my boyfriend for our one year anniversary. The check in/check out process was super easy and staff were so nice and friendly. The room had everything we needed, including the comfiest bed we had ever slept in, and the room was much cheaper then hotels of the same quality in the area. Was in a perfect location for everything that we had planned, it is about a 20-30 minute walk to the centre of surfers paradise so keep that in mind when booking. But all in all was a great stay and would 100% go back.

Nice clean hotel. Rooms are slightly dated but very clean. Super comfortable beds, not overly close to any cafes or restaurants but the team station is right out the front. Easy check in

very good value, big room with awesome views from the balcony 😍 staff was helpful too, though because of the low occupancy there's only one of them after 7pm. really enjoyed my stay there! oh yes the jacuzzi tub is a huge win.

We booked a last minute hotel room with Rachel and she was absolutely lovely, so accomodating, charismatic and helpful. beautiful room, great view, loved the stay, even if it was only for 1 night.
