Floret Boutique

We came from Sydney to attend our son’s Graduation Ceremony in the University of Western Australia. We are looking for a bunch of fresh flowers for our son in his Graduation Ceremony on Monday, 18/12/2023. It’s hard to find words that would even begin to thank you enough for how thoughtful you’ve been. We are so very grateful and so luckily too to have an exceptional customer service from the Floret Boutique, Brookfield Place - Perth City.

I came up with a budget and the colours for the bouquet when I came to the shop. I got a great support from the staff and I love it very much 😁

Ordered 2 bouquet of flowers for Valentines. Recipients loved the flowers especially the rose. Look at the colour of the rose, no edit. Only thing is they don't deliver on weekends (and valentine falls on Sunday).

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I came in late morning after the day's deliveries had been scheduled. However, due to special circumstances, Megan kindly assisted me and arranged everything. Flowers delivered were very beautiful. Cannot thank Floret Boutique enough who made my Sister-In-Law's day very special. Wonderful service from beginning to end.

Visited this afternoon after calling other florists and been told that I needed to pre-order. Having worked all day I was concerned that I wouldn’t have suitable bunch of flowers for Valentines but the girls while busy (been Valentines Day) took the time to help and make up a bunch which my wife loved. The shop itself is tucked away in Brookfield Plaza and is a hidden gem selling all things flowery and smelly. Highly recommend.

I ordered some flowers and wine to be delivered. Amazing high quality flowers presented perfectly!!! The best service I could have asked for at a reasonable price. Great place!!

These guys are truly amazing! They always make the most beautiful bouquets, and always happy to accommodate. They are out local but I would happily walk across the city for their services <3 Today is out last day in the office and they gave us such a warm send off we felt very special. Highly recommend this florist. The customer service at Floret is outstanding. I'm overseas and ordered flowers online for my daughter's birthday. Unfortunately she wasn't home when they were delivered, but Floret went out of their way to make sure she received them on her birthday. My daughter said the flowers were beautiful. Special thanks to Maddy for making it all happen and contacting me so promptly.

I am using my husbands account to post this review. We had to organise a wedding in 2 weeks due to my mum being sick and everyone I spoke to was so helpful. Due to it being last minute I didn't have high expectations but they were absolutely stunning. Everything was perfect and the owner even came over on a Sunday to set them up for me. I usually order flowers from whatever shop is closest to the recipient but I wanted something really special this time so ordered from Floret Boutique—I’m so glad I did!
I only ordered a standard bouquet but it was absolutely gorgeous and HUGE! Mum was delighted and I’ll definitely shop here again. :)

After finding out that our original florist had forgotten our order literally the day before the wedding, we scrambled to find the next available florist which happened to be Floret Boutique. We can only describe our experience as amazing. They asked for our colour scheme, gave us their recommendations, and created our bouquets in less than an hour for a better price than that of our original florist. Thank you for the beautiful pieces on our wedding day. Highly recommended.

Placed a last minute order online. Call in to ask for delivery on the day itself and got delivered two hours later. Thanks for accommodating my last minute request. The flower bouquet itself is really nice as well. Highly recommended.
