Gold Cross Medical Centre

Over the past year, I have found this medical centre and its staff to provide quality care and a positive patient experience. My primary care physician Dr. Ma demonstrates excellent medical knowledge and takes time to explain treatment options, answer my questions thoroughly, and address my concerns.

Their on-site lab has also provided efficient services for my tests.

The administrative staff helps coordinate appointments very well. While they may not always run perfectly on schedule, they do make an effort.

Overall, my practitioners is competent and reliable, the facilities meet my needs, and the personnel aim to provide responsive patient-focused care. Both my physician and the staff make my visits comfortable and effective.

I would recommend this medical centre to local residents seeking capable doctors supported by accommodating coordination of primary services. The centre delivers commendable healthcare for regular check-ups and general needs.

The staff here are so lovely and wonderful. Specially nurse Fatima , she took good care of me whenever she did dressing for my wound. She always gives positive vibe. Keeps up the good works. Thank you once again to all the staff.

Gold Cross are always ready to help & reach out to you when you are down. I have only seen care & dedication from doctors & staff. Yes, there may be a wait on occasion but this is something that Medicare needs to fix. Increased population in the area coupled with reduced bulk billing services then expect to wait. Whingers will whinge. It's their problem. Love you Gold Cross. Five stars

14 years in Sydney this is the first time a visit to a medical centre has been a breeze and an excellent experience.
Post surgery in the hospital I was looking for a local medical centre as a new resident in Parramatta. Right from booking, process the reception, the doctor, and the nurses all showed highest level of professionalism and care. Shout out to Fatima my new favourite health care professional! She's warm loving and extremely efficient with everything she has done. Dr Perveen has been a delight and a very assuring with the way she takes care of patient and instills confidence. Definitely a recommended facility.

Visited this GP as it was covered by BUPA OSHC. It was my first time there. I forgot to bring a mask as I was not aware of the clinic policy but I was provided one. The waiting time was roughly 10 minutes but the clinic was relatively empty at that time.

I was met by Nurse Shivangi and Dr.Suhana, both were very warm and welcoming. I was in and out of the clinic in max 30 minutes with my prescription.

Update: after a few months of using the prescribed medicine, I can say it was extremely effective. (As less as possible prescribed medicine is an added bonus)

I was served by a young lady called Preju, I apologise if I spelt her name wrong. I haven’t been there before and I needed to see a doctor soon , I did realise i left it late . Preju went out of her way to see if gold cross could accomodate me. She demonstrated so much care, understanding and compassion of my situation . Thank you Preju!!😊

The services are wide and varied, ranging from advanced cosmetic injections, cardiologists, immunizations, chiro to diet checks, allergy tests, pathological checks, minor surgeries, physio and sports medicinal evaluations that all ensure multiple needs are met.

My favorite doctor to consult was Dr. Cheung who has since retired. Dr. Zhou has now become my go-to. Her tireless efforts in understanding the core issue has not gone unnoticed. She is a wonderfully skilled GP who pertains to patience, friendliness, practicality and considerate action.

On the admin side of things, I eagerly look forward to the welcoming voices of Yolanda and her reception team. I also appreciate Fatima's (the nurse) calm yet cheery attitude and Sarah's warming professionalism. You will not be let down by their efforts to help.

Honestly one of the best medical centres iv'e been too, Dr Shuhana Perveen has been such a delight and so incredibly helpful all the time and the reception is filled with nothing but kind and warm hearted people :))

The staff here are absolutely lovely and wonderful! I had a bit of an emergency today and they were so kind in doing their best to accommodate me and get me help earlier. Thank you so much Fatima, Dr Ma and the lovely receptionists!!

I am incredibly appreciative to Dr.Shuhana for treating my armpit lump infection so quickly. I adore how Nurse Fatima treated me; she was so cheerful, supportive and caring. Moving on, Gold cross clinic is my top pick.

After a callous and indifferent reception at the Parramatta Medical Centre, who advertise walkins are welcome, I tried the Gold Cross Medical Centre. The contrast was amazing. I was immediately placed in a triage room and treated within the hour.
Extremely grateful to all the staff I interacted with … the receptionist, nurse and doctor.

Waiting time depends on when you attend and it’s like anywhere else can take between 10min to 1,5h.

Gold cross medical centre got a very friendly staff.Even my mum doesn’t want to go to any other medical centre because she will like to see particular doctors like Fatima etc.we have to drive 46mins this morning bcos of the staff.

One of my close friend referred me here and I should say I am never going to look for any other GP. The staff here is so professional and friendly and take care of their patients with sheer calmness and care. Dr Perveen and the nurse Fathima are the best and treats the patients with love and care. I don’t live nearby but it is their service that bring me and family here when we need the GP services. I strongly recommend this Medicare centre and avail their services. It is the best I have seen in Sydney and Dr Perveen and nurse Fathima are brilliant and kind! Thanks to them and their commitment in serving the needed.

My 17 year old daughter had a low grade fever, mild sore throat and numbness in hands and feet . We saw a GP then visited ED during the night and still no answers fearing a neurological disorder.
We saw Dr Perveen in the morning , she was professional, efficient and concise, answered all our questions and assured us it is an acute viral infection most probably COVID although two RATs were negative.
We got a positive RAT the following morning!

Today (26-08-2022) was my wife and I, 2nd visit to Gold Cross Medical Centre. Just like the 1st visit we were impressed by their professionalism, patience and the pleasant services given by Doctor Zhiyuan Ma, Madam Fatima, the Blood Test Staff, and the Receptionists

It it almost a year since my wife and I had our last visit to Gold Cross as we were overseas and also spent quite sometime in WA. We visited Gold Cross this morning (20-7-2023) to have a general checkup by Dr Zhiyuan Ma and to get our flu vaccination. We were not too sure whether their service was still as good as our last visit.
All went well. We were happy with Dr Zhiyuan pleasant and attentiveness, Ms Fatima cheerfulness while giving the flu injection and not to miss their Receptionist doing a great job at the counter.
We are going to do our yearly Blood Test in a couple of week's time. Hope to get the same reception from the Blood Test Staff
