I've just started to service and maintain my wife's Suzuki Swift 2016 FZ 1.4L by myself and got contact of this branch for genuine parts (by official Suzuki QLD reps). Have to say a good word to cheerfull Ally who handled to me a stock floor mats (which are cheaper and better than FitMyCar ones).

Also, I have to say some special good words to Billy M. for his immediate email responses to my enquiries. Since, I can't respond to phone calls due to my work specifics, he always got back to me with any email I've sent to him. Including screenshots and pictures. Really fast. Like in 15 minutes or so.
Got all I needed. Got some explanations about liquids and parts. Amazing service. 👏

I explained how the vehicle was sluggish under acceleration, and not running smooth when slow.the explanation was that it has something to do with the transmission being new and will improve over time. I really don't accept this condition on a new vehicle, the test drive vehicle didn't do it ,and my friend who has same vehicle doesn't have this problem.i feel that I am being played off .respectively geoff bath.

The people that work at Von Bibra Ferry Rd service centre are very helpful from the the office staff through to friendly staff that service the cars . I've used two different von Bibra Service Centres over more than 12 years and keep coming back because I have always found them friendly, professional and trustworthy. They are always willing to help sort any warranty issues and regular servicing is done well at a fair price.
