Xanadu Main Beach Resort

Absolutely stunning place to stay. I felt so relaxed during the short week that i stayed there. The ocean views from the apartment balcony were amazing and the staff nothing was ever a problem for them, will definitely be back and most importantly it is away from the hustle and bustle of surfers so you can chill out.

Absolutely fantastic! Staff were extremely welcoming and a pleasure to deal with.
The team there went the extra mile as visiting for a very special occasion.
Views were spectacular, rooms extremely clean and organised.
Location brilliant as 30 seconds from the beach, and just far out enough from Surfers Paradise to be able to relax, however, close enough to tram / uber or walk into the hustle and bustle.
Will be returning!

We just had 12 nights at Xanadu and it was wonderful again. We stay here a couple of times a year and we love it. The staff are great, the rooms and beds are perfect and the views are amazing. Perfect location, we have already booked again for later this year. Well done Xanadu.

Definitely well worth the few hundred spent on the accommodation. Unbelievable views, absoloodle amazeballs rooms, everything was in excellent condition (well as excellent as being on top of the beach and being exposed to daily doses of ocean air), even had our own laundry room, sun room, lounge, two decks and two bedrooms (although we only paid for one, so the other room and bathroom were closed off), parking was easy, very easy walking distance to lunch venue (turns out, we didn't need dinner options). Breaky was also a quick five minute walk! Definitely one of those bargains we all look out for when we're travelling interstate!

Great room, clean and comfortable. Staff are friendly. Close to restaurants, surfers paradise, great beaches etc. Cant go wrong

One of the nicest resorts I've stayed in, the rooms are large, clean, and have all the amenities. The customer service is magnificent with helpful staff, and the pricing is excellent and competitive. I've stayed here multiple times and will continue doing so.

We had to postpone our trip at very short notice and Xanadu, quickly replied and held our payment in credit for 6 months - which was fantastic and so helpful. We finally got there a few months later and LOVED our stay! Apartment size was incredible, very comfortable for a family of 4. Clean, bright, and low level (which we wanted) - ocean view. Location - fabulous. Loved the pools and sauna!

My only feedback - would highly suggest heating the outdoor pool in winter to allow people to use it. Whilst the weather was perfect it does not hear the pool and it was icey cold. Yes there’s an indoor pool which is fabulous - it’s just a shame you have to go indoor on a 25 degree sunny day.

Regardless, loved it and will stay again!

Wow - another great apartment with great views. Staff all fantastic again. Going to book another months stay next year. Loved every minute of it.

What a nice place to be situated for our holiday. Close to beach front and so many restaurants and cafes and local dairy. Million dollar views from our apartment. Staff more than fantastic to deal with nothing is too much trouble for them. The girls on reception are lovely and really care about your stay being a wonderful experience. Tony - the manager is also great to deal with. What a great property team.As an Ex Property Manager myself I would be very proud of my staff here if I was the owner. Car parking underground great and plenty of visitor parking. Apartment great and so clean and tidy with nice cutlery and every bit of cooking equipment you could wish for. Lounge furniture is very nice - beds a bit too soft for our old backs but hey there's ways to fix that - buy a topper like we did and take it with you when you travel overseas. What a great place - WE WILL BE BACK to this area. Sad we couldn't book the same apartment for next year as its simply beautiful. Loved it Xxxx

Will definitely be a regular booking for our family holidays!

Our family stayed here for two weeks for a local sporting event at the Aquatic Centre. This location was great, as it was close to the beach and also nearby the local restaurants and shops. The room / apartment itself was stunning. We had an ocean view high up and couldn't have chosen a better location. Very happy with Xanadu.

Good location, spacious and clean rooms.
Free internet was very slow. Fast internet is extra.

Amazing place to stay. Well located, just a short walk to the Surf club, or one of the many restaurants. Great apartments.

Stayed for a month. Very nice well appointed location near all amenities. Resort is kept immaculate and staff are really friendly and do thier utmost to make your stay wonderful. The apartments are really nice but do vary in fit out comfort re furniture and beds.

We had a great 5 night stay in the north tower. Very clean and well-appointed rooms with stunning views and amazing sun rise and sun sets. The resort is immaculately clean, and the gardens are very well kept. Close to the beach and cafes and restaurants. We'll definitely be back. Highly recommend 👌 👍

Across street to one of the best beaches ( Main Beach) on the Gold Coast. Management were excellent. Added a cot for my baby before I even requested it. Surprisingly my room was ready by 11 AM and I was welcomed to check in early instead of 2PM. Massive apartment with all amenities included. A bargain as compared to other places in Gold Coast. Will definitely be staying here when I come back. And sea world is only 5 minute drive away.

Visited family who stayed here. Very secure, spacious and plenty to do if you choose. Rooms were big and view from balcony was fantastic

Another amazing stay at Xanadu, well maintained gardens and grounds. Indoor pool is excellent and spacious.

Our apartment was renovated with excellent furniture. Great big couch and comfy beds. Kitchen was well equiped with containers, pots and pans. Hotel is within walking distance to some local cafes and comes with great views of the beach. We will be back again!!

Was amazing, view was jaw dropping gorgeous, loved the short walk to the shops and restaurant's in Main Beach, loved as well at night with the lights of the city. Certainly will be back in the future, though on the tip floor

Nice recent refurbished room. The construction noise was a bit much but the location is a cracker!
