Pelican Cove

When we came from a long international we couldn’t wait to just rest. The apartment was clean and beds comfortable. The views and the grounds of this resort is amazing. Enjoyed a number of barb-bq’s over looking the water. The pools were a highlight. Didn’t get time to play the mini tennis . Accessing the Broardwater and its trails was only a 3 minute walk. 5 minutes in the other direction takes you to shopping and a series of restaurants.
The management gave us every thing we needed and made sure we are comfortable.

Stayed for two nights in an apartment. Clean, good facilities, should have brought the bathers for a swim but oh well, next time. Location great. Will stay again.

This was a very nice place to stay. Very clean and tidy, rooms are spacious and comfortable with all we needed. Stayed in 2 bedroom, self contained apartment, with washing machine and clothes dryer in bathroom, Queen bed in main bedroom with ensuite, and 2 singles in second room.. Bathtub/shower in main bathroom. Full size fridge/freezer, fully self contained kitchen. Dining suite and 2 large lounges, TV. Beautiful water views from loungeroom, main bedroom and balconies. Convenient location, close to Gold Coast Private Hospital. One block back from beach front walking paths. Waterway views at your doorstep. Such beautiful sunrise and sunsets. Grounds and gardens are kept immaculate. Tennis Court, beautiful swimming pools. Secure underground car parking. Heaps of Tourism information available at office. Only downside, WIFI was limited to one device, and mobile service was hot and miss. There was only air con on the loungeroom and no ceiling fans at all. It was Autumn so we managed fine as we were out of the room during the days, but imagine would be pretty uncomfortable in summer. Air con unit was very old and made extremely loud noises. Lack of fans and no decent Air conditioning would be the only thing that would stop me staying here in hotter months.

Their furnished apartments are quite clean and nice. No issues at all. There are 2 pools there and one them is heated! The bbq is only 5m away from the water line!

Stayed 8 nights here with a friend. We had a 2 bedroom apartment. Great place, just a few minutes walk to the beach. Has two pools, one heated, one not and also a spa, and tennis court, as well as secure parking. It has a great feel to it, people are friendly and the place is suitable for everyone. Families, couples, friends. Will definitely stay again

We have had our family’s holiday house at unit 1 at Pelican cove, for around 10 years.

The 3 star classification does not do justice to the spectacular place that is Pelican Cove Apartments.

You are close enough to join the local festivities and sample life on the broadwater, but quietly situated at the northern end of the Gold Coast that’s brings you close enough to theme parks, harbor town shopping centre or otherwise a short drive into main beach, Southport or Surfers Paradise is always an option.

Pelican cove has amazing facilities for families with children, with swimming pools, a half tennis court and pontoon that can be used for fishing or mooring a boat. The green space hosts a large space for entertaining large groups of guests, aided by the BBQ facilities. The views are also stunning and hard to beat, and will keep us treasuring this place for many years more.

Managers were very welcoming, stayed here for 2 nights on the 3rd floor, appartment was very well equipped. Although under the bin lid needed cleaning as of mould. But other than that was perfect. Both bathrooms were very updated. Dishwasher/washing machine were outdated. Lovely stay. Cannot wait to come back.

Glen, Michelle, and Jess are really good Aussies. Best service and very kind. The unit, pool, and grounds are spotless. Very affordable, for such a reasonable price. Always have a minute to have a chat....I highly recommend this accommodation.

This is our 4th stay. Great value for money. Clean facilities. Great rooms. Friendly staff. So close to the theme parks, shopping centres, surfers paradise, beach and river. We love it here.

Spent 8 days here and have to say rooms were clean and everything supplied that we needed only thing missing is a restaurant or cafe of some kind attached otherwise fantastic reception staff were wonderful.
Parking was great to know it was locked and secured.

We had a lovely time in one of the units everything that you would need, There is also two pools best we have been too for long time they also have a small tennis court you can hire balls & racket for a small fee, great BBQ area table & chairs are under surrounding trees with views of canal & pool. The Manager & Staff couldnt be more friendlier willing to help with anything you need.. Would highly remmend this place. Thank you.

Large comfortable units located a short distance North of the Surfers Paradise chaos . Walking distance to water, shops and cafes. The units have their own secure parking but this is a nice quiet suburb and there is also lots of unlimited street parking.

Very nice accomadation. We stayed in unit 42, good view overlooking water of the river. There is a nice bbq area, pools, tennis ct. Even a boat ramp and pontoon with easy access to the Broadwater.

Great place with clean pool. Beautiful view with a secure lock up. But garage basement a bit low for max height 1.9m so we had to park on street as we had high vehicle couldn't park inside

Great place for families!!! Two pools one is heated for ywar rpund swimming undercover parking. Close to beach and shopping centre and backs ontok a canal with a boat ramp amd jetty!!!!

Great accomodation not to busy kids had a great holiday loved the pool and jetty for fishing. Clean rooms everything you need. Great service
