Stayed in room 22, Very impressed with the cleanliness of our room, New TV, Fridge , washing machine, and the linen was very fresh! Best part of our stay was sitting on the balcony having a beer and spotting a pod of dolphins cruising by, The view from 22 is awesome, will be back asap , thank you Brian and Joshua , great hosts

I'm so glad,I didn't read the negative reviews, as I thought it was great value . Clean room, all the facilities you need, to cook a meal.
Pool was very refreshing and a nice spa afterwards . Amazing sunrise. Would definitely stay again.

Stayed in a one bedroom apartment, 22 with views of the Broadwater that was beautiful. The bed was comfortable and had everything you need for cooking in the kitchen. A washing machine, dryer, wifi and foxtel. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend and I’ll be back…

Very comfortable beds have their own washing machine and dryer bonus, pool open till 9:30 every night even better just have to remind Paul if you need more soap or towels ☺

If your after comfy accommodation with fantastic views this this is the place to be. Sure, it's not the Hilton or anything super dooper fancy but everything is here to make your stay enjoyable. From washing machine and dryer to all the other mod cons you can be self sufficient,or a short drive or walk to some amazing restaurants it's all close by.
More importantly in my case,I can't thank Brian enough for his understanding after my flight was cancelled from Geelong. I had already booked and paid for my stay however due to the flight stuff up I arrived a day late. After asking if he could start my stay from when I arrived and check out a day later he was more than happy to assist. Customer service goes a long way so here's 5 stars just for you mate⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. When I come back I'll be staying here🙂.

Great room with fantastic water views.
We arrived out of hours but Brian had everything in place for us to have a no fuss arrival to our room and parking.

Stayed here for two nights. My apartment was spacious and clean and the staff was friendly too. Everything was alright and I would stay here again.

After reading many reviews on google and there petty whining we decided that for the price and the location that we would give windsurfer a go.

As expected the reviews turned out to be wrong the locations is great the restaurants and shops are not too far away. We booked only a couple of weeks out from our stay and were delighted with broad water view. The service is as you expect you pay for what you get. The basic creature comforts are provided and you take care of the rest. It's like renting a house you tidy up you supply toilet paper and basics after your provided supplies run out. The only drawback is that the bedroom only has a fan but this is bearable. The apartment was a one bedroom and was spacious and modern with a fridge washing machine and dryer. Secure car parking was provided and getting to the theme parks surfers and even Brisbane is a dream the location is just off the gold coast highway.

The staff were helpful and witty and have a sense of humour though it's a Queenslander’s style of humour but nothing wrong with that

I would highly recommend this as cheap and convenient place to be based from.

Absolutely stunning location 👌 😍 Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Room was clean comfy bed free wifi and foxtel. Beach it's in front yard 👌 👏 very easy access to go and swim at the beach

I would like to thankyou so much for our stay the ladies in reception are so lovely and helpful heaps of toys for children at the pool area very comfortable apartments I would recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for reasonable priced accommodation

Stay here yearly or twice a year. No noise . Water views , friendly reception.
