I ordered business cards and on the last step it has you confirm the layout and review for any spelling/layout issues. However, since the site had a bug I couldn’t review the second page and I ordered and it had an issue. Company wasn’t going to refund, but after a day they decided help and issued a refund. Just be carful when reviewing, but company’s customer service was very helpful and rectified the issue.

This company uses aggressive and predatory marketing practices. They have called me excessively, more than ten times, and even tracked me down at my place of employment and started calling me there. They will not stop hounding me despite not answering or returning any of their phone calls. I’ve never experienced anything so predatory in my life and it has completely turned me off their product and brand. Would NOT recommend any sort of engagement with them.
