I had a vehicle brake down and towed here. Their diagnostic work was done very thoroughly and in a timely manner for a great price. Their customer service was amazing and the overall communication was fantastic. This will be where I take my vehicles from now on.

The team took care of my coolant system problem in a fast and professional manner. Got my car back and the same day. Awesome service and I will be going back for a couple more issues my car has. Also very fair price.

At 5:00am this morning, my car overheated on the way to work. Southport was the closest suburb so I decided to stop and let the car cool down and search online for a nearby mechanic. I read some google reviews and decided that Allan Stratton Automotive Repairs sounded the most promising!

I was there an hour before opening time but as soon as Jeff arrived to open the shop, he came out and had a chat and reassured me that as soon as his staff arrived, they would get to work on diagnosing the issue. Jeff shouted me a coffee and true to his word, as soon as his staff arrived they were stuck into finding out what was wrong!

The mechanic was very thorough with his diagnosis which made me feel very comfortable that my car was in good hands. 2 hours later and I was back on the road with the issue sorted! Extremely happy with the service and the price was very reasonable considering all the work which was involved.

I highly recommend Allan Stratton Automotive!! They have continually gone above and beyond. From services to new parts, even fixing other machinics mistakes. Their staff are all amazingly polite and well knowledgeable. They also supplied a loan car, which made the experience so much less stressful. Also allow early and late drop offs.

I've been a customer of Allan Stratton since moving to the area 12 years ago. They looked after my Mercedes beautifully, and when I sold it the buyer's mechanic who inspected the car told me the engine looked like new (it had 120,000 on the clock) much due to Strattons using the correct synthetic oil and good allround maintenance. Now they take excellent care of my Rav4. Pricing is exceptionally inexpensive, and customer service is fantastic! Thanks to all the lovely staff!

I travel from North Brisbane to get my car serviced and repaired here. I've been using them for over 10 years and will not take my car anywhere else. These guys know cars inside and out and don't try and charge you for things that don't needs repairing- very honest.

I have been going to ASA for about 18m to 2 years now. I first went there based on other google reviews I read. I have to say that about 2 years in and I'm still thrilled with every service or repair... Glenn is a genuine gentlemen, no ego or attempts to b****it you. Just honest opinions and too class work!!

Alan does a great job working on our cars and camper van. We took our Toyota 15 times prior for services costing us so much money only to find Alan had located that a simple fuel filter had never been changed dispite Toyota saying they had checked. It.

I highly recommend bringing your car here. As a women it's difficult to know if what someone is telling you about your car is true or a lie. Being in another state makes this also then more difficult. I was aware that something wasn't right with the first place I went to and decided to go here. I was quiet frazzled when I arrived, but instantly felt reassured with everyone at Allan Stratton.

Jeff Stratton is a genuine, decent man who will not rip you off. He could see that I was in a bit of a predicament and sent me next door to the cafe for a complimentary coffee.
