A fantastic country bakery! Everyone loved their choices, including a kranski, Cornish pasties, a four different pie choices. And all served at a temperature ready to eat. Highly recommended!

I called into the Truro bakery recently - what a revelation! I loved the steak & kidney pie, which are hard to find these days, and the sausage roll was nearly as good. On the strength of that I bought a large apple pie to take home and it was the best I've had in years. My only reservation is that more gluten free options would be good.

Great service this morning by a friendly lady, very nice fresh egg sandwiches, mini sausage roll and a mini pastie before working on my new block 8km south. Happy Australia Day!

Fantastic! Definitely worth making the stop for, the sausage rolls are amazing and the coffee is delicious. Plenty of other snacks and meals and nice friendly service. Can’t recommend highly enough, i will be back!

Busy little bakery. Friendly staff. Open most of the time. I was there on a Sunday. Great donuts and really good coffee. It's small inside. There is limited seating outside. Large public carpark across the road with some seating. Public toilets nearby.

Every time we drive past we have to stop.
Beesting is a must have if it's available.

Quietly happy the Truro bypass didn't get funding. Would hate to see this little gem suffer from less passing traffic.

Partner had a sausage roll - ordinary, & apricot turnover - not great
I had salami/cheese/tom/onion half wholemeal, half white bread sandwich - nice, & an apricot slice - nicest I've had in years, real apricots

Stopped at Truro for a coffee and doughnut on the way to Loxton and would have to say it was the best doughnut I've had in years! The bakery was very busy and had a good choice of cakes, bread and pastries. Coffee was excellent too. Well worth a stop.

Love sunrise bakery in Truro. We always stop in here when passing through. Even bought a bag of pastries for a song to enjoy later

Great coffee but oh.my.goodness, you have to try the apricot slice, it's absolutely the best apricot slice ever. Not too sweet and tangy apricot filling best of all no sticky sugar on top. Thanks guys

By far one of the best bakery's outside Adelaide. Love the steak and mushroom pie and ya can't go past the vanilla slice🤤

So many delicious pie choices, a definite lunch stop over. Lots parking over the road to sit an enjoy your pie, pasty, even some yummo cakes.

Friendly, helpful staff. Looked after my 4 year old grandson beautifully. Great pasties and coffee was just the right temp for travelling.

You cant go through Truro, without a visit to the bakery.

The yeast raised donuts were almost perfect.. nice and big, super soft 😘👌
