Isra Medical Services Parramatta

Located in George Street parramatta. The medical service centre is mainly for after hours till late night and we were not disappointed with the emergency at hand. My friend needed a treatment for a deep cut in his hand webbing close to midnight. Called in and got necessary help from the receptionist and then medical support from the doctor. Highly recommended in Parramatta location especially for late night medical service or consulting for moderate level medical situations.

I arrived without an appointment on Thursday and was pleasantly surprised to find it less busy than usual, with only one person ahead of me in the queue. I extend my heartfelt thanks to Dr. Malik for his prompt and attentive care

Great service. The receptionist that works Saturday and Sunday is always professional and friendly and all the doctors are great. Highly recommend.

Conveniently located, close to the heart of Parramatta CBD. Dr Ruksana was professional, empathetic, and caring. Wasn’t a fan of the doctor starting 30 min after the medical centre opened but it wasn’t the end of the world.

We arrived around 7 and were told to come back 2 hours later and be seen, the receptionist working tonight was really lovely & made it a simple experience, was quiet frustrated to wait as long as we did & having to come back but hopefully next time when I book in advance Im seen a lot quicker.

The receptionist, Rama, patiently listened to my inquiries, offering friendly assistance and guidance throughout my visit. 10/10

With all the other medical centres in the Parramatta area closed on a Saturday evening, I attended the medical centre as a walk in patient and was seen without too much delay. From the reception staff to the Doctor that I saw, it was a really good experience. I was treated with great respect and would highly recommend this service. This service is very important to have in Parramatta.

My son has severe croup in the night at 11:00pm. I looked for emergency then I went to Isra hospital there was a Dr. Maamoun sir and i’m very thank full to him. By seeing my son condition Dr. started the treatment immediately and took lot of care. He his the best Dr.

Went to Isra Medical Services Parramatta last night as I could not find anything else open and both the receptionist and the doctor were amazing. I normally go to our local doctor across the road in Westmead for convenience but I would not hesitate in going here again & I probably will over our local across the road. Really impressed by both the service and the level of care at this place. Thanks again.

I have a long history with reoccurring UTI and I was in a huge discomfort when I went to this GP. I saw Dr Sawy and believe me he did everything he could to help me. Very professional and a great listener. Provided meds that I needed at that point of time. Very caring towards patients and helpful. I recommend everyone to see this GP. Receptionist also soft spoken and very helpful.🙂

Went to see a doctor and met with Dr Rong Ji. She is best doctor after hours doctor I have met so far. She takes her time to find a solution. Will definitely recommend her.

Excellent service! My husband and I went to see Dr Mamoun and he was super friendly and welcoming. He was attentive listener so you will not feel ignored like some other GPs I have been to. Highly recommend!

I booked i for a 6pm appointment and found the practice closed when I arrived. I had plans so needed to leave. I found out later that the receptionist was unable to make her shift however Dr Aymal organised to have a stand in who was exceptional. She followed me up as soon as was possible to organise and reschedule our appointment in a timely manner. I understand unexpected things happen and was very happy with the very polite and very helpful stand-in receptionist.

One of the best medical centre I have been to, especially dr. Maamoun. He is so kind towards his patients and never ever in rush. Before sending back to home he makes sure that his patient is feeling well, no matter how much time does it take. I have been to many gps but he is the best of all. So now every time I prefer to visit him. And no matter how much I write it still would be less. May Allah reward him for fulfilling his duties so honestly.

What a pleasant surprise! I went there last night about 8 to be treated for animal bite. Dr Aymal was very nice, polite and friendly, and most of all, extremely patient in responding to my questions. He performed a thorough clean up and dressing of the wound, and recommended further treatment. If you need after hours medical care, this is the place to go. Fully COVID safe!

Excellent service, friendly receptionist and friendly doctors. Receptionists are patient with you and help you out all the time when you ask for any assistance. Doctors are polite and caring. Dr. Mohammad Aymal is a very excellent doctor at his services as a doctor and his treatment. Never had any problems after visiting ISRA MEDICAL SERVICES by my GP mentioned above. 100 percent recommend.

They would see my toddler who was experiencing high fevers when many others wouldn't. We only had to wait half an hour at 7pm. Dr seemed knowledgeable and down to earth. I'm thankful we were able to come here instead of clogging up Westmead Children's emergency.
This is my second positive experience with this service, as once before I easily was given a telehealth appointment for myself after hours.
I will now use this Dr as my first point of call after hours.
