Crestwood Family Practice

I was recently on the hunt for a new GP when Crestwood Family Practise came highly recommended. Well, I had my first appointment today with Dr. Bernadette Cameron for my 6 week postpartum check-up, and my newborn's 6 week vaccinations, and was thoroughly impressed. The reception staff were very welcoming, and Bernadette was professional, attentive and helpful. Terri, the nurse who helped with the vaccinations, was absolutely incredible – very warm, empathetic and you can just tell she's highly experienced and loves what she does. I'm so glad I've found this practise, and will be coming here for all medical appointments in the future.

Such a lovely practice , I attended the clinic for the first time today and the reception staff were kind and helpful as well as the nurse Terry, who took lovely care of my son. Dr Mayer was very thorough and addressed all my concerns and her compassionate approach and effective communication made me feel at ease throughout the appointment.
Very thankful I found this practice for my family .

It was my first time visiting this practice but the doctor and the admin staff were lovely and professional, the waiting area was comfortable and I was seen on time (although I did book for 8am so that probably helped). Parking was easy to get although not great for me being mobility challenged as it was multi level with no elevator. I'm not sure if there's ground floor parking anywhere else nearby, I might have missed it.

Great family practice always so helpful, Doctors very thorough and caring and so good with our kids. Highly recommend. Especially Dr Bernadette Cameron who is also excellent with women's health issues too.

Dr Thashan is hands down one of the most professional and thorough doctors I have ever encountered. His calm demeanor and honest personality very quickly made me extremely comfortable and gave me confidence of his capabilities. He is very easy to talk to and can draw links across all aspects of ones health to get to the right treatment at the right time.

Would recommend. A very well-run, friendly and professional practice. I love that I can book and manage my appointments online. I have seen at least three of the current female doctors and the are all thorough, knowledgeable and open-minded.

I have had consultations with two different doctors from Crestwood Family practice and on every occasion I am treated respectfully in a warm friendly manner and given thorough attention to my concerns. I cannot speak highly enough of the practice.

The care we receive from the GP's and the administrative staff is exceptional, I highly recommend this practice, they are outstanding!

My regular doctor is Desmond Chong but from time to time I see others and all are easy to talk too and listen to my concerns

My GP Dr. Gunjan Singh is lovely, she is always caring and her attention to detail with my health care needs is very much appreciated! She’s on the maternity leave but today I was taken care by Dr. Desmond Chong that is also very helpful, caring and professional. It’s good to be taken care by genuine people that are brilliant with their professions but also overall lovely people. Thank you!

Caring and attentive staff with great doctors. We have been going here for years and are always welcomed and well treated.

I rang at 9.25am today and asked to make an appointment with Dr Philip Lee, I got an appoint at 9.45 am, I had about a 3 minute wait. Dr Lee checked my breathing and heart. He said that I had a lung infection gave me a script, I was out of there in around 8 minutes, all very efficient and quick. Very happy with the service I received.

This surgery has been and will continue to be our family clinic for the past 30 years. The Dr’s, nurses and admin staff go above and beyond for all my family and show constant and continuous care. I would highly recommend them all.

Dr Cooper was very professional and cared deeply about my concerns and provided great advice. The facilities are great too!

My family of 4 go to this practice and see a range of doctors. Berni, lauren and Desmond. To say the service and care from the practitioners is outstanding will still not be enough credit! Across the team, you feel heard and cared for. Every appointment is thorough and valuable, I have never walked away feeling like it was a waste of time and follow up is always perfect!

The nursing staff however are where the team really shines! Teri had been an absolute pleasure! Her bedside manner was on point with our newborn right through to myself and again I have felt felt like my time or concerns were not valued.

I would recommend anyone to this practice and know that the experience will perfect every time. Thank you to the team for keeping my family safe and supporting us through sickness and health.

So impressed by this Medical Centre! They spend the time, they listen, and they sincerely, genuinely care. From the front desk staff, to the nurses to the doctor I saw, everybody at Crestwood Family Practice were so kind, generous, compassionate, and professional.
My previous GP moved out of town so I’ve been to a few different Medical Centres in the past two years, but none of them have come close to the kindness, professionalism, and excellent medical service that Crestwood Family Practice provide. I won’t be going anywhere else.

Certainly the best GP I have ever known. Have been a loyal patient for 8 years now , he is friendly , kind and extremely knowledgeable. Five stars
