I took my son to buy a bow today and all the staff were so patient, friendly and helpful with both of us. They are so enthusiastic about their products but also practical for what we needed and worked within my budget. Customers had travelled from all over for the expertise of the staff. It was great. I’d 100% recommend!

Great service here. Knowledgeable. Patient. They found a bow to suit me and set it up while I waited. Did a good deal on a case and arrows as well. Young Mason is a smart lad and excellent salesman. Even got a follow up call later to see how it was going. Highly recommended archery store.

I went to Benson Archery, and I am shocked by the professionalism and patience Brian showed me. And in a good way!

I was never rushed or pressured to buy anything. Matter of fact, Brian took the time to explain to me the basics of archery, whatever knowledge he could squeeze in about an hour.

Once I have organised my hunting license and other paper work, I will definitely put my money towards Benson Archery!

The crew at Benson Archery were incredibly helpful to me, being a first-time Archer (since I was a child, at least). They took the time to get to know me, my goals with Archery, and helped me pick out a bow. This included measuring me properly and being very helpful and patient with my poor technique.

I was offered a package deal with my bow and given a slight discount for both - something I likely would have either passed on or otherwise not purchased the extra objects without.

I'd like to remember the name of the gentleman who helped me, but I am grateful to him and the rest of the staff for their kindness and support while guiding me into picking up Archery as a hobby. This included showing me how to properly care for my bow, stringing it, and even cutting arrows to be perfect for my measurements. They truly went above and beyond.

The image is of the bow I purchased - an amateur starter bow, to be sure, but it is comfortable, feels great to use, the arrows are durable and lightweight, and overall, I am very happy with my purchase. I will be back to continue my hobby with them.

Fantastic service, went to get a new bowstring as a beginner archer, Brian used a lot of his time to give me lots of good advice on how to setup my bow, the new string and the nocking points. Only problem would be the parking, not many spaces behind the store

Honestly, I cannot speak highly enough of the staff at Benson! Brian in particular, but also Jebb was amazing but everyone is awesome! So friendly, nothing is a trouble & so very helpful! They take time to understand your needs and consider not just what's best equipment-wise but what's best for you specifically. Can't recommend them enough! Do NOT waste money buying online when their advice and time is priceless & will absolutely save you hassle & money also!

Great staff and service. Came in to sus the place out ended up walking out with my measurements, draw weight and even more info on hunting groups.

We had a great experience! Pierre was friendly and helpful, ad my 10y old got a full set plus instructions on how to assemble, store, transport, etc. Definitely would recommend!

Came in as a curious beginner and wanting to get into the sport. Pierre was quick to offer assistance, polite, extremely knowledgeable, and otherwise gave fantastic service. Wasn't bothered by all the questions I had, strung up a bow for me to see what size I would be best to use and listened to all my needs. I am confident to go back for future purchases and would happily recommend this store.

Great store, busy and friendly atmosphere. friendly helpful staff, and a huge range. I bought snake protection gear so it's not just for archers. Plenty of outdoor hunting gear also.
