Truly superb. Once HQ to Australia's wool industry, this remarkable building has a deep connection to our history and has been beautifully restored. To enjoy a cocktail or dine here in the heart of downtown Sydney is a must for your bucket list.

Incredible food for a special occasion. The service was warm and friendly and very professional. Every course on the degustation group feast menu was truly special.

Work Christmas party, the staff was amazing and helpful and very catering especially being vegetarian and I don't drink alcohol so I'm grateful for the amazing helpful staff who offered a vegetarian option and non alcoholic drink options.

Apollonia Bar for pre dinner drinks…great atmosphere, deliciously made cocktails with staff that knew what they were doing. My negroni really packed a punch 🥊

Unbelievable food and friendly service. My partner and I were walk-ins but the staff found a table for us. I’m a bit of a foodie and the food here was amazing. I asked the staff if it was a Michelin star restaurant and they explained it had only been open for a year, so no. That said, it should be.
My partner who is very picky about food and wrinkles her nose at the mention of vegetables raved about her selections. To sum it up, run don’t walk to this restaurant when in Sydney.

Stunning fit-out, only bettered by the quality of the food and drinks. The mussels & pippies in a shallot, citrus & chilli sauce are to die for. Simply a different level.

We recently played at Lana for a wedding and everything went well. Roman's hospitality, professionalism and overall etiquette was outstanding! We also like to thank Anna from the event's team for all the assistance during the site visit and consultations. We highly recommend Hinchcliff house!

Ok... bare with me.. this is worth it. Firstly...WOW! We recently had the opportunity to take part in a dining experience hosted by Hinchcliff House and Krisflyer. From the start, Mia was exceptional in arranging our booking and reaching out to us prior to the night. On arrival we were greeted by lovely welcoming staff and shown to our first table in Lana. Here we experienced nothing short of mouth watering brilliance with delectable appitisers and sparkling wine. After the Operations manager checked in to see that everything was going well we were escorted down to Grana for our main course.
Here we met Andrew who, after a brief tour of the in-house flour milling and pasta making operations seated us and introduced us to Harrison, the resteraunt' s own sommelier. What Harrison didnt know about wine was not worth knowing! He paired both our entree and main meals with wines from both Australia and Italy and they were right on the mark. His knowlege and brief summary of the winemakers and the regions was exceptional and extremely entertaining. He made us feel like we were part of the family.
Our final journey took us to Apollonia. This hidden away 'speakeasy' type bar was yet another experience on it's own! We were lucky enough to be seated in a comfortable booth where we indulged in a variety of cocktails and a wonderful house made terrimissu. The bar staff were brilliant and were exceptionally tallented.
I could go on but I think you should really experience this place for yourself. Take that someone special and make a night of it. You won't regret it.
Bravo Hinchcliff House. You have made it to the top of my dining out list for Sydney.

Ive never been to a venue that has impressed on all aspect, the food, the wine were absolutely fantastic, but most of all the wait staff were unbelievable. We had Clarissa as our waiter and she was a professional in every sense of the word. Helpful, understanding and attentive. You could t ask for anything better. This is exactly what the area needed, and sydney is better to have them here.

Fabulous way to celebrate our anniversary and the end of lockdown. The staff at Lana were exceptional making us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The meal and wine were superb with amazing combinations of flavours and textures. Special mention to the fregola which was out of this world.

I enjoyed a spectacular lunch with great friends at Lana on the first floor of Hinchcliff House, Young St. Sydney (close to Circular Quay). Our attentive host shared with us that this living museum was a former wool store, hostel for homeless men and university campus.

The food was amazeballs; delicious, spectacular, wrapped in meaning, and loving attention.

I look forward to returning to their basement, for a midnight ode and drink at Apollonia, reimagined as a Sicilian bandits’ drinking den, from, if I recollect correctly an off camera scene from The GodFather.

Really nice joint. Our order pretty much came out as degustation.

Amasing time at Lana and Apollonia!! 16 for a 50th, the space, staff, food, drinks, music, ambience and quality announce this place as a Sydney Icon!

Amazing breakfast venue. Food is super tasty and the coffee is as close as you will find to a Melbourne coffee anywhere in the cbd
