We contacted Zain and Sukbir from Ray White Kellyville after having a terrible experience with another agent who is supposedly #1 agent in The ponds (Hills national)

Eiddie from Hills National failed to sell and 3 of our properties for the minimum asking price even after 6 full weeks of open homes and private inspection. In the 6 week period he gave us only 2 offers on the house which were very low for the market value and we knew our house was worth more but he made it sound like it wasn’t. Anyways he suggested we do auction after the house had already been on market for 3 weeks. Another 3wks later the auction failed miserably! On auction day he had supposedly 1 buyer on the phone (who’s line got cut out during auction time), 1 buyer names Sam who had inspected the property 4 times and wanted to buy it for peanuts!) Leaving only the bidder Sam at auction! We were pressured by Eddie into sealing a low deal on that day that made me so sad and upset. But I had such bad feeling about Eddie so I stood my ground and said no!

The failed auction happen on Saturday evening and on Monday I started looking for another agency.

To be honest we were quite disheartened and thinned out when I made the call to Zain from Ray white.

Zain and Sukbir bought positive energy to our very sad home sale and told us to leave the past behind. They didn’t promise us the world but said they will get what we wanted initially and there was absolutely nothing wrong with the house.

I told them about our experience and they said that’s not the case and they will bring new buyers to the property. Not the 45 or so buyers Eddie bought during the 6 wks campaign.

Our house went on market on Wednesday, had a private inspection on Thursday and Friday & open home on Saturday. Saturday 4pm our house got sold by the person who came for private inspection the day before.

We were honestly so shocked and couldn’t believe they did it in 2 days 🥹. I cannot thank them enough and feel so overwhelmed when writing this review.

I hope no one goes through what we went through with Eddie, choose your agent right the first time!
