The Body Shop

Today I was greeted by a very friendly, smiley girl as soon as I walked in. She was very attentive and helpful in all aspects. I cant be any more grateful for her help and assistance. It's very rare to have such great customer service these days.
I didn't check her name badge, but my receipt said i was served by Kezia, so I hope that was her account. Fantastic service.

Was helped by a lovely assistant who knew a lot about the products. I wanted to do further research about a product and just before I left she intuitively gave me a sample to try without me asking. Some shop owners are not as nice if you don't buy something - this was not the case. Thanks!

Jordan was lovely and very knowledgable, he provided great service despite how busy the store was and there was only one other staff member

Only been in here a couple of times but the service was fantastic. Very lovely staff and products though pricey are going for a good cause. I just love what this store supports.
