Priceline Pharmacy George Street

I don’t do google reviews but I’d definitely do it for Rachel. She has been an excellent customer supporter. I walked into to the store one day with dry skin and expression wrinkles which concerned me. She literally had all the answers to my millions of questions, and helped me to understand that the skin care products I had been using was not right (the products was recommended by another pharmacist). I switched to her recommendations and felt immediate improvement. I came to her today again and said I’m not going to buy anything without asking your opinion first. She is amazing. Thanks Rachel !!

The lady who took care of me today was fantastic. At first I was a little confused with all the skin care products available and then she helped me select products to complement my current routine and also showed me how to use them. I would also like to point out, how easy it was for me to understand her way of speaking, English is my second language, so I appreciate her kindness in speaking.

Went to Priceline looking for wrapping paper or a gift bag for a present, didn’t realise they didn’t have sell and Christmas paper there. Regardless of this, the lovely staff members there, Jackie and Kathy ,helped me not only wrap the presents with some spare wrapping paper out the back but also put a ribbon on it for me too. Absolutely lovely staff and helped me out a ton!! Couldn’t recommend this store and their lovely staff enough!!! — Ethan

I have been going to this store since it opened and have always experienced excellent service and advice. All of the staff are very friendly and helpful. If I have a question out of left field, they are more than happy to try and find a solution for me. If I walk into the store and see they are busy and I have a script to fill, I am confident that I can leave it and upon my return, it has been filled and is waiting for me. I would have no hesitation in recommending this store to anyone. I usually save any of my pharmacy requirements until I am in the City so that I can go to this particular pharmacy. Keep up the good work!

I went to the pharmacy this morning and I was clearly tired and upset after being at the hospital most of the night. The staff were amazing going above and beyond to get my prescription to me at my hotel as they had to get it from another pharmacy and I was leaving Brisbane at lunch time.

Absolutely lovely staff here, can not recommend them enough. We called after delivery cut off time and they went above and beyond, spending time on the phone to go through medication, delivering same day and shortly after we made our purchase.

I've recently started working on nearby Ann St. Popped in for some chapstick and was given a fantastic recommendation on a different product that is working far better. Consistent and friendly staff obviously hand-picked for being genuine human beings. Ta.

Great personalised service, above and beyond what I have found elsewhere. The Pharmacist who owns the business is so friendly and takes the time to match the best product to my needs.

I have been to this pharmacy several times, but i still remember the first time how the pharmacist was so attentive and experienced to address my need, they didnt fail me on all other visits, i like the friendly helpful staff, and that the pharmacy was not huge and a client does not need to wait for long to be served..

I have to echo the comments of an earlier reviewer: "excellent service always". Great little pharmacy conveniently located between Roma St station and Queen Street - and the only one on George Street that I know of.

Have been going here for years now and the team is great, always friendly and helpful. Feels a lot more like a local chemist than a chain.
