If I could give 10 stars, I would! We have sold multiple properties with Emmanuel and his team and would never sell a property anywhere in the world with anyone else. Emmanuel makes the whole process so easy and straightforward. His communication and dedication throughout the campaign is outstanding, making himself available at all times for phone calls and e-mails. His eye for detail ensured our marketing campaign was a huge success, capturing the highlights of what I can only describe as an "ugly duckling". Emmanuel had no hesitation selling our property well and truly out of his area and proved why he is the best in the business, selling in 3 weeks for $200K + over the reserve price. He is truly unmatched in the world of real estate!!

Emmanuel always returned my phone calls and emails promptly. His eye for detail in preparing our property for sale and in his marketing is second to none and his hands on approach is to be commended - he even painted my kitchen pantry door on a Sunday afternoon in 35deg heat to make sure we were ready in time. 2 open homes and 45 inspections later, our house was sold for a price considerably higher than my expectation. I cannot recommend enough using Emmanuel to sell your property. His professionalism, expertise and knowledge of the area was the reason amid the current climate of COVID-19 my property was sold and for the agreed price we were after. From preparation of my property for marketing up to the finalising the sale, Emmanuel was there every step of the way, easy to talk to and kept us well informed.
