My little lunch bag started off fabulous, loved using it.
But after 2 months, the stitching on the seam has come apart and there is no way to fix it. Disappointing to say the least.
However after 2 days, Kollab have responded and have sent out a replacement bag. Thank you very much.

Such an amazing company to deal with! I have always had such amazing customer service in store and online when I've needed any assistance with my orders and help choosing styles. I love their products and it's always my go to when shopping for gifts for friends and family. The products are really great quality and long lasting. The only reason I've ever needed to update my products is because they keep bringing out amazing new prints and shapes 🥰 Keep up the great work guys!

Kollab’s products are so practical and stylish- we use them everyday.

I have always used Kollab's lunchboxes and market bags, but since becoming a mum I finally realise how life changing Kollab really is, I am now addicted! I was overwhelmed by how much stuff you need for a baby!! I love that I can use a mix of the stash and clutch's and know where everything is!! I feel like I have my life under control!!!
