What a great little find. Tucked away in Innaloo. This little gem was able to serve myself (and ultimately my 13 yr old daughter) for her last minute saxophone needs. Served by the very professional and knowledgeable Jay, the transaction (hire of said Sax) was seamless and customer service was excellent. Initial contact and response with Sara over email was also swift and precise. Thank you guys for a great experience and can’t believe I have never heard of you till now!

Super helpful and understanding staff who helped me find a second-hand case to transport my cello that fit well within my budget and needs. They gave me a really good deal and great suggestions on businesses that could help me repair the case and service my cello.

The sales assistants are very nice, friendly and professional.

They have a wide range of Violins and Cellos.
(Due to the Covid, I heard it's difficult to import Pianos from Japan for everywhere, but when I went to the shop on Sat., 29/01, I saw many pianos🌸🎹)

Also, I love the shop's atmosphere, very classic like European kind of style.

When I upgrade my Cello, I'll definitely buy it from them. I've already talked about your shop to my high school music students. Of course, I would recommend to others too. 🤗

I brought my Cello to see if I have to change to new strings as the sound was very strange when I played it.

They instantly could tell that the bridge must have knocked down out of position, so he adjusted to the upper right position on the spot! 😃

Their service is very professional and friendly. You always feel warm welcomed! 💓

Last, they have more options of beautiful pianos. I think the pandemic is kind of over, and it is easier to import pianos from Japan now. 🎹

Staff are so attentive and explained everything to my little 8 years old. We hired a 1/4 violin, paid first 3 months for $75.

Bought a beautiful YUX 1982 Yamaha upright piano. A beauty. Perfect delivery, free tune up after six months. Not a cheap piano but will be an heirloom for my daughter

Very friendly and helpful staff. More than happy to help you find what you’re looking for and nice selection of violin bows. Are willing to let you test the bows for as long as you need to help you make your decision on witch one you want.

Been a patron for the past 5-6 yrs mostly for renting, buying and cello repairs as well as getting accessories from the shop. The staffs have been very helpful & knowledgeable and they stock great selection of musical instruments new and second hand.
The owner could have improved the website in particular with stocks update & price list, rather than just putting 'call for price'.

Such a good shop. Fantastic range knowledgeable staff and helpful service. It's actually "good old fashioned service" - sounds cheesy but it's true. And I have found they are generous and offer excellent after-sales care. Highly recommend this shop.

It helps that the team seem genuinely invested in helping people enjoy making music. They've always gone above and beyond for me, which means I've been able to do the same for my family of sax players and students. Keep up the great work and excellent service.

Plenty of string instruments options there. Pretty good customer service as well as very knowledgeable people there.
It is worth to note that the instruments' quality comes with price so do not expect what would be "bargain" options. Unfortunately each string instrument is unique and it is hard to compare just based in brand or type so it has to be played to understand the quality difference. So WA Music offers the opportunity to play the instrument before you buy it. This is a massive plus for an instrument buyer.

I needed a flute for my 10 year old daughter. After a bit of internet research I went to WA Music, and I am very glad I did. The owner and his team were very helpful and knowledgeable, and the prices comparable to those on the internet nationally. Their in-house maintenance and repair expertise was also very reassuring. Highly recommended.

I visit this place all the time because their service is seriously unparalleled! Best service ever, they really take their time to listen, and think about the customer first.

They do not pressure you to make any purchase and will sincerely help if you have any problems with the instrument.

I found the staff at WA Music to be extremely knowledgeable and friendly and just the opposite of “snooty”. The owner in particular has very broad experience with and knowledge of pianos and is happy to share it.They were in no way pushy but made a lot of effort to find the right instrument for me at a great price. Definitely worth a visit.
