I always seek advice from Bal, Harry, and the team at Innaloo Discount Pharmacy on any health issue. They always go the extra mile in advising how best to use my medication and other factors such as diet etc. There is so much knowledge available. Very friendly as well!

I have nothing but good things to say about the Discount Drug Store in Innaloo. I utilise their online order system..this saves me so much time And Bal the pharmacist is a wealth of knowledge as well as always remembering my name, my needs and ensuring these needs are met. For genuine and experienced service, I give this pharmacy 5 stars.

Impeccable service! I was served by a young man, Bal I believe. This man is truly amazing at service! He knew all the right medications that I needed and was very happy and pleased to help me.He was polite and professional. It has been a long time since I have had such amazing customer service. I've been a customer at the Discount Drug Store innaloo for many years now, I find the staff and management to be very friendly and most of all very helpful I want to especially mention pharmacist BaL he is always friendly helpful and always gives myself and my husband great medical advice he is always quick to help and if he doesn't have the product in store he always tries his best to get it in for me so thankyou also Harrison (Harry) the owner is also very friendly, helpful and always telling me about new products he has bought in the store.
So I rate the discount drug store 5 stars every time.

I was very impressed with the service of the chemist. and although a bit out of the way from where I live, I'll be using this chemist for my future needs.

I have just started using this chemist. I popped in one day on my way home by chance. Bal was so helpful and friendly. Harry the owner introduced himself and the girls at the front were also so friendly and welcoming, even giving me samples of products. Bal makes sure that you walk away with all the information you need and is more than happy to assist with product queries. I would highly recommend this chemist for not only the best customer service but great discounts on many products in store. I will be making this chemist my local from now on.

I highly recommend Innaloo Discount Drug Store. I have been going to the pharmacy for many years with Harry and Bal always making themselves available to assist me with my various medications and answer all my questions.
Even when they are busy, they take the time to ensure you fully understand what you are taking. I have found all the staff to be very caring, friendly, and always greet me with a smile.

Pharmacist Harry and Bal are super helpful and always provided all necessary information regarding my medications. The shop has everything from kitchenware to general household goods and
some of the items eg toilet rolls are the cheapest in town.

After been diagnosed with Leukaemia and stayed at the Leukaemia Foundation units in Innaloo, we met pharmacists, Harry and Bal. What a pleasure it is to support them. So friendly, caring and diligent. The wait time on scripts is minutes, their prices no more than other chemists in the area. Great specials from a caring chemist. I will continue supporting them for all my needs on my monthly trips to Perth. Thanks heaps. Ray and Adele

6 weeks later I popped in and Bal came and asked me how Ray was doing. He was so caring and I was amazed that he still new about Ray’s journey with cancer. As helpful as ever, more than I can say about our local pharmacists. (We’re 300ks away) Absolutely love dealing with them and worth my trip to Perth.

Bal has been really helpful helping our fur baby (DJ), would recommend this pharmacy highly!

The service is professional, the team are delight to meet, they make time for social connection. I get up to date advice on research relating medication that myself and the family use.
