The staff were friendly and they bulk bill their patients which was great.

Good doctor surgery.. smaller than its co surgery on ekblom street..drs at Westlands.. found it alot quicker to get into

Had to wait 30 minutes to see the doctor when I had already made an appointment. I also got charged $70 just for the doctor to fill in a simple form and was told by both the doctor and reception that this was not covered by Medicare and that I had to claim through my private health insurance, this was incorrect. I would not recommend this doctors surgery they overcharge and have no idea what they are doing.

Booked in 2 weeks ago for a 12:30 appointment. After an hours drive from Cowell was told 4 people ahead of me an about an hours wait.
Cancelled booking & won't be back.

I had a phone consultation organised with a doctor in this surgery today for 09:30am, it is now 06:00pm and I still haven't had my appointment which I specifically requested to be as early as possible! What is the point of having an appointment if the appointments are looked at as more a set of guidelines than an actual way to book patients for the day! I called to find out what was happening 3 separate times today. The first at 10:40am where I was told "he will call when he is free", the second at 3:35pm I was told he tried to call (no missed calls whatsoever) and I was told that he had no one answer when he called and finally the third at 6pm I was told "you're on his list" no apology or excuse, just a blatant disregard for me as a patient and as a person. If this kind or 'service' is what's to be expected I promise I will take my business, my wife's and daughters business elsewhere plus I will never recommend them again. A formal complaint will be made to SA health if the doctor doesn't call today and he is lucky I haven't chosen to do one as of yet!

Had some blood tests for work purposes. Never told us that the results were available untill we called. Booked an appointment and waited 50 minutes untill I had to go back to work. Totally incompetent service and waste of time. I want my blood results because I cannot work unitll I get my results.
