Went in store and the salesman there was a very polite man, took the time to make sure the pair of jeans I purchased were the right fit and made my day seeing this sort of pride in his work, will definitely be shopping here again soon

I almost exclusively wear general pants clothing so I might be biased. But this place is great. They have a huge range and are happy to help.

Came to the store at 4:46 - the store closes at 5pm as per the opening hours displayed on the front. The entrance to the shop was closed and staff were wandering around in store doing nothing. If your opening hours are until 5pm generally you’d expect them to open up until then, and I’m sure the staff are paid to be on the floor up until 5pm. Not sure if the area manager or store manager for general pants would appreciate that staff get a 15 minute early mark when I would of spent a few hundred dollars and been out within 5 minutes.

Had to stand on my own ladder to get my jeans. No one said or asked if I needed help and I was the only customer in the store. Dangerous if I fell 🥲

Hope managers check the camera on this was around 10:20am on 30th May. All staff looked at me on the ladder and not one came to offer help. Quite disappointed since it was not busy at all
