I have had the pleasure of shopping at this store on a number of occasions this year and find the merchandise to be of amazing quality (Australian) with very competitive prices . The personal service is exceptional and nothing is a problem , not being local has just made me want to go back. Definitely worth the trip. Congratulations to all concerned, so glad small businesses with such friendly personalised service and places like this are still available to us all 5/5 on all aspects .

Great service- ordered a pair of RM Williams boots through them - had a great fitting experience as well as them organising alteration for me before delivery which was much appreciated.

Look, I have only shopped here because I like the clothing and for no other reason. They are expensive and you would be better off buying online if you were confident about the fit, or you could go to the RM Williams store in Harbortown in Adelaide and get what you want at better prices.
Customer service is shallow and false, do they really want you there, not really. They fawn over certain clients and ignore others. However, when I ordered some items from there I made sure I got what I considered was a good deal and have not been back since.
I would suggest you go there to see what you like, try it on, write down the article code and sizing and then go home and order it online. Even with postage you will get it cheaper.
