Pavilion on Northbourne Hotel

Great place to stay in Canberra. Rooms were good. Happy hour at the bar between 5-6pm. Bar was open until 10pm, so we were able to have a few more drinks after returning from dinner.

Great hotel close to the city & Dickson Chinatown. Functional & clean rooms. The staff I interacted with were very professional & helpful. Excellent value for money considering the location & amenities. Including restaurant, bar, pool, room service & a huge atrium perfect for just sitting around & relaxing. This will be my go to hotel for future trips to Canberra.

Stayed for business. The staff are amazing, the Area Manager/Owner? Abby was so helpful. You can tell she runs the place! So knowledgeable and approachable. Always smiling! Very attractive young girl. Would love to visit again.

Nice hotel, with quiet, simple, clean rooms.
The hotel rooms open to a beautiful atrium with trees and plants, a bar & restaurant.
Genuine friendly service & easy secure parking in the back of the hotel.
The highlight is the location - opposite the light rail to the city centre & easily accessible from the highway.
I would gladly stay here and recommend people stay here on trips to the ACT.

Room was clean and well-equipped, got a good deal on it as well. Check-in times were helpful as we needed somewhere to stay last minute, staff were professional and helpful for both check in and check out. The atrium was great as there were plenty of options for food, and the central location was what we needed. Amenities I liked: free secure parking, optional breakfast buffet, good bathroom, Foxtel, free wifi, decent tea and coffee provided, peaceful sleep and comfy beds.
This is a random positive but I loved how the curtains properly blocked the sunlight so I could sleep in.
Only wish it had a toaster or microwave.

Very Clean, quiet, good service, good value, nice location and very comfortable beds. Nice covered courtyard with coffee bar to unwind after a day of visiting the Parliament. We would stay there again.

First time in that hotel, I enjoyed it definitely go back again I will.
The self-serve buffet breakfast was fantastic .

This place was AMAZING!!!

The beds were extremely comfy and clean. The room was well designed and aesthetically pleasing. The building itself is an atrium where the centre is open but covered with many thriving plants and fish ponds surrounding the fabulous dining area. The air is so clean due to the many plants.
The staff were so pleasant and lovely, very attentive, particularly with my dietary requirements as I have coeliac disease, they offer gluten free toast with breakfast as per normal everyday, and have many gluten free options in the all day menu at both restaurant sections.
The balcony was private and wonderful to enjoy sitting and watching the sky. The bathroom was very nice and clean and the shower was large and easy to use.
We were only staying one night as we were on a trip further south but we wish we stayed longer because it was just so pleasant and honestly incredible. We will definitely be coming back here next time we come to Canberra.

There was nothing I could possibly fault. There is parking and everything you need available. It was so easy to stay and have nothing to worry about.

This is a well located hotel off the main road close to Dickson Shops. The two bedroom apartments we booked was very spacious and had paytv channels. Wifi Internet was reasonable and plenty of parking onsite. Didn't check out the restaurant so can't make any comments on that.

Our wedding here was the perfect relaxed vibe we were after. Our rooms were comfortable and spacious, and the staff were all helpful and attentive. The food at the restaurant, our reception, and breakfast was wonderful. The event manager Sharfel was great to deal with and answered my many many questions! Extra special thank you to the f&b manager Gordon who went above and beyond to look after us on our day when sharfel was sadly away. He did an amazing job and it made the day so much easier knowing he had a handle on everything.

Great property. Restaurant/bar in atrium. Tropical feel with all the green plants. Rooms are comfortable (albeit a little bit dated). Great green initiative for provide $10 vouchers (for redemption at the restaurant) for not having to change bedsheets/towels daily. Reception can be a little bit slow during busy check in and check out periods

We had good sleeps when we stayed at the hotel. The location is good. The coffee is enjoyable. The atmosphere is very relaxing.

Staff were polite, friendly and helpful. Restaurant staff particularly lovely. Bed comfy and great shower. Will make this my home away from home when in the ACT

Stayed for a weekend conference. The food was great - I am GF and usually feel I have pulled the short straw, but the food offered to me was great and the food generally was really good. Our bedroom was fine, a bit dark, but everything spotless and working - and it had a bath which was lovely! The foyer is heated with tall heaters and cosy placement of armchairs so it is pleasant and private for an evening drink. Easy, secure parking, great location and best of all is the staff. Always friendly and helpful - couldn't have been nicer. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

I've stayed here many times before. The rooms and service are great for what you pay. When I'm in town working long days, all I really care about is a nice bed at the end of the night. Only thing I don't like is the small shower. It's always been clean though and friendly service, hence why I continue to come back

So very happy. From the check in to the room and restaurant this place is amazing. The spa suite is comfortable and excellent for the price. The staff were super accommodating and professional. The service I. The restaurant and bar is 5 star. The food simply amazing. Highly recommended.

Very comfortable room, great bed, the curtains are thick and very dark, great for a sleep in. (Only problem was the staff forgot to note our requested late check-out so we were woken by a phone call.)
The restaurant staff were wonderful - friendly, entertaining and very helpful, even helping us with some simple breakfast out of hours. Dinner was delicious.
The place was easy to find and parking is free and secure. The gardens are fabulous, and I think the admittedly dated architecture and decor is cute. :) Should be more hotels with such character.

From booking the hotel to checking out this hotel was great, we had breakfast each morning and it was fantastic.
The hotel staff were so polite and helpful.
We had dinner there each night if our 4 night stay, the only meal I wouldn’t recommend was the steak sandwich.
The meat was quite tough.
Rooms were clean and comfortable.
