Had a very good experience yesterday with Helen and Kate, both were very friendly and very helpful even though I was very indecisive about what to purchase they helped me choose what suited my family and budget. Thank you definitely be back

My first, but certainly not my last visit. The staff were so helpful and informative of the choice, within my budget! I left knowing I can afford to shop here and not just admire through the display window.

I would highly recommend shopping here as the customer service is outstanding. I was under the impression that this store closed at 7pm as this is what it said online, however it closed at 6pm. The lovely Terri who works there kept the store open for another whole hour because she couldn't contact me and I had a couple of items on hold. My children will sleep extra cozy tonight thanks to you. Thank you so much

The customer service at this store really makes you fell looked after and part of a community, the store manager Helen is so helpful and professional.

This is the smallest store from the Chain i think they must have, and need to buy the next store or 2 to expand. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The size is what shocks me.

Not very helpful. 3 staff in the shop and was ignored after spending 30 mins looking around…

terrible service. my wife was there just now, ready to spend around $700. no help whatsoever.
kicked her out 10 minutes before closing time !!!!!
