Ideally situated in the midst of the Hunter wine fields. Gorgeous views from a stunning large acreage site. Good clean rooms and plenty of amenities from sporting facilities through to the pet pigs for the kids to feed. The attention to detail from staff is a credit to new General Manager Ewong Wang.
Special mentions to Eddie (maintenance), Michelle (reception), Mel (Housekeeping) and Suzi in the restaurant. Each went above and beyond to make our trip more comfortable in spite of the serious storms whilst we we there.

Our stay at Voco Kirkton Park was very pleasant. For being an older property I was surprised with how well maintained it was, while still giving off a very rustic vibe. We had a King room with Valley view and the view was oustanding. Service was very good and attentive. Breakfast was good, although not a buffet during our stay due to the small number of guests due to be a weekday which was explained to us from the start. The room are clean and charming. However, the air conditioner was quite weak. Overall our stay was excellent.

We stayed for one night only but wish we could have stayed more. We spend a very good stay, the reception staff is friendly with very nice recommendations of wineries around and places to eat. They even offered us a bottle of wine as we are going to get married, what a delicate attention! It’s been a while that we did not had such a lovely service so thank you for your professionalism. Rooms and facilities are clean and the whole place is quiet which is perfect when you want to escape the city. The breakfast is complete with a mix of sweet and salty. Couldn’t ask for more. We will be back.

Sensational relaxing stay. We loved the atmosphere, staff and the pool.. The kids loved the pool while my wife and indulged in the spa and sauna. Set on beautiful grounds with beautiful gardens a stone throw away from wineries. Really impressed by the breakfast and dinner dining. Do yourself a favour and stay here!

Beautiful room with stunning views and full facilities. The staff mostly were nice especially the receptionist (Kristy) was so friendly with smiles and helpful.
There are restaurant and lounge bar. We stayed for one night that included buffet breakfast was great and beautiful variety of food choice. There are indoor swim pool, gym, basketball and tennis court also farm animals too. We were highly recommended and would back here again.

Not suitable for wheelchair or parents with pram. Even after seeing us with pram they gave us a room where you have to go through lots of stairs.
Toilet had dry urine marks of the toilet seat. The amenities are very average in the room.
Some of the staff in the breakfast area need to learn ways to talk to their guests but the breakfast was awesome.
Wanted to stay another night but end up going somewhere else.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful hotel. The surrounding area and views are wonderful. The room was comfortable, we loved the details. We spent times at the balcony just ‘being’ and enjoying the stunning views. The breakfast is really good and extensive. We also enjoyed diner which was very good. Beside all those great things, there is one thing that really stood out to us: the staff. Every member of the staff that we met anywhere during our stay was so friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond. Your team -everyone included- is really amazing! We would definitely recommend this hotel and will definitely stay again while being on holiday in the area.

Beautiful location and accommodation. Lovely staff who assisted with a noise issue and moved us to a quieter room. We are light sleepers and did find in both rooms the air con units are a little noisy. We didn’t realise that the power to the bathroom switched off when the light was off so our devices in there weren’t charging. The restaurant and lounge bar was great and we were grateful for happy hour. Winerys are very close by and our favourite was the closest one: Bonvilla. Highly recommend visiting for free, generous wine tasting and complimentary cheese board for hotel patrons.

Stayed 6th January 2024. Had rooms 14,15 (interconnecting room) and 16. Only stayed one night unfortunately, to attend my nephews wedding at another venue. Reception staff lovely and managed to have two of our three rooms ready for an early checkin, which was great. Had a standard king room. Room was lovely and clean, very large for a standard room. Clean bathroom and a balcony overlooking the courtyard. The breakfast buffet next morning was great. Very good selection of food. All staff were friendly and welcoming. Next time we will stay longer. Lovely grounds.

The hotel is nicely situated overlooking valley and mountains. It feels very serene and tranquil. The rooms feel new and are reasonably large. Hotel facilities are excellent with an indoor pool, gym, excellent bar and restaurant. All the staff from check-in, food and beverage and room service are super friendly, helpful and efficient. A special mention needs to go Amanda who first served us at the bar and then assisted us at the buffet breakfast. She was tieding up, cleaning, organising, placing everything in its correct place and arranging for speciality eggs to be made too. She was on the go all the time, but never lost her smile and pleasant attitude. She is a huge credit to the organisation.

My husband spoilt me for my birthday with two night stay. From check in with Michelle and our beautiful room with stunning views was magical.
Dinner in restaurant outstanding and cocktails in bar was very nice, then breakfast so much to choose from plus chef will make to your order omelette was scrumptious.
Can't wait to return.

The room was excellent with a balcony, comfortable bed and beautiful valley views.

A gorgeous homestead vibe hotel in the heart of the Hunter.
Generous rooms, delicious dining, and lovely staff all drive a great experience.
Some parts of the hotel are dated, but you honestly don't notice.
Great for a work conference :)

We have stayed at voco Kirkton park a few times and absolutely love it. Perfect for families wanting to settle in one place and relax as the amenities you need are on site.
The reception staff and everyone are just so helpful and accomodating. It is good to see them so happy as well.

We stayed overnight for a wedding. The hotel was spacious and beautiful and the staff were super helpful and friendly. I just wished we had more time here so we could use their services! Would have loved to pack a picnic and go bike riding, or hangout with family playing jumbo boardgames near the woodfire pizza oven.
Buffet breakfast was delicious with a great selection of hot and cold items.
And the beds were like sleeping on clouds! Sooo comfortable. Definitely recommend this place and will be keen to come back next time we are in the Hunter.

What a beautiful hotel this is. I came here for a belated 40th covid lockdown bday stay using a luxury escapes gift voucher. It was worth the two-year wait it took me to finally book. The grounds, the lux furnishings, nice bar… The front office manager/host Maddison and the team gave me a much-appreciated welcome. Having a winter July bday, I had held off and booked for a warmer stay but actually, it was the perfect place for a drizzly visit. Such lovely dramatic views and the undercover pool was gorgeous. I also enjoyed the sauna and spa and got to play some tennis in between the rain. Thanks team, I will def be returning and singing Kirkton’s praises ☺

Fantastic staff, so helpful and polite. The food was outstanding, and the room was extremely well appointed, roomy, and clean. A great stay highly recommended.
