Always great sales & service

This company deserves 0 stars. Arguably some of the worse customer service we have experienced. If you are truly in desperate need for an appliance, buy second hand or buy now pay later from a bricks and mortar store. This company has no stock, no stores and no warehouses. When their product fails, like the washer we rented did, they take weeks to get a technician out and we are still waiting weeks for the parts. The washer is only a few years old. While waiting weeks with no washing machine, the contract expired. We get a end of term letter that says we must arrange to return the item or pay it out. But guess what, you cannot return it because there is no where to return it to. And they no longer collect appliances at the end of the term because they closed all of their warehouses. They have no backup for when things go wrong. You simply have to wait and keep paying for a product you get no benefit from. And then you have to deal with their arrogant and unhelpful customer service representative who's only concern is hiding behind the ever changing terms and conditions in the contract. We do not recommend this business.

All the Radio Rentals have closed down yet google hasn't updated it causing confusion and upset.

They are BIGGEST bunch of Hypocrites,as They state things in there new advertising that isn't at all TRUE...
