A great experience at Ozmosis Rosebud. The lovely girl was very patient as we tried on a couple of pairs of sunglasses! Very knowledgeable too. Thank you. We had just come from SpecSavers who rushed us through buying optical glasses, so it was a very welcome gear change to receive such calm and welcoming customer service. Well done!

Was served by a young charming man named Luka. Not only was his customer service impeccable, but his knowledge of the products were top notch. You should be very happy to have such a passionate employee work at your store.

I have patronised this shop for several years, and of course there have been lots of staff changes during this time. All of the staff have been exceptionally friendly, patient and helpful, without being 'in your face'. Whoever is in charge of hiring and staff training should be congratulated. Good layout and great range. Highly recommended.

3 people behind the counter. One person in the shop. Looked around for 10 mins. Not even a hello. Had to approach them for help. Customer service, non-existent.
