Precise are top quality, honest and skilled at what they do. The team at reception are inviting and approachable and happy to help wherever possible.

They did some major suspension work on our Toyota coaster bus in 2022, without blinking and showed familiarity with heavy vehicles that Toyota themselves didn’t and at really competitive rates. They coordinated with local businesses to complete additional work outside their scope too.

We raised a few things we wanted inspected and they did a thorough inspection and they were upfront and honest that they were in in good working order and didn’t require additional work or $$. At no point taking advantage to make a buck.

We came back a year later with an unrelated query about the health of our transmission and they were more than happy to ease our concerns and did a test drive with us at short notice free of charge to listen for noises. Had us back on the road within half hour.

We don’t naturally have a lot of confidence in mechanics but wouldn’t hesitate to return and would 100% reccomend these guys.

Fantastic service! Were able to fit me in last minute for a truck grease and oil service along with a few minor electrical / light repairs after many thousands of bumpy / country / pot holey / mine site / dirt road miles. This shop has no morales along with ripping off their customers. My neighbour who is battling cancer, took his car into them multiple times and they stuffed his car and ripped him off, to the point where we’ve had to help get it drivable again for him. I would give no stars if I could.

I would not recommend these guys to anyone they put an exchange motor in my van while doing that something has gone wrong and the gearbox does not work I've been told it's going to cost another $11,000 to fix the gearbox after I've already spent over $13,000 to get a motor put in. So now the van is worth nothing it was my only form of transport as I am wheelchair Bound.
