Muzz Buzz - Innaloo

Favorite MuzzBuzz in Perth !! The boys are amazingly friendly, chatty and polite. They are also very patient and will brighten up your day. I've only tried the cookie cup once and was deeply disappointed. Haven't tried any other food.
Favorite Drink: Soy Chai Frappe in an RBL cup - only the best!
Can't wait to come around again !

Wow I came to write my review on my experience this morning but now find I’m reviewing the last reviewer. I was the car at the other window you spoke about, we were both very politely told that they where experiencing problems with the oven and that meant that they where limited to what they could offer, hey it happens everywhere nothing in life is perfect, you where offered the same options as I was YOU choose to be a d@*# about it, hangry much because the girl you spoke to was nothing but polite. Anyway thanks for the awesome coffee and snacks I’ll be coming back 😁

I had a heartwarming experience at your cafe today. A young guy served me and he was so very friendly and kind to myself and my friend who has down syndrome. He was interested in our day and showed my friend how he had made a special flower on the top of her Cappuccino. This guy is awesome at customer service. Thanks.

10/10 experience getting my daily coffee special note to the main lady Monique. They always smash it out of the park with a morning laugh and caffeine hit.

On a very hot day in the car park my car just stopped in of the road, blocking off the down ramp. I was waving cars around me, getting tooted at! I was so stressed I was close to tears! I finally managed to get it going and thought I’d treat myself to an iced coffee frappe needing something to cool me down. Whilst waiting for it to be made I called my partner to tell them what happened. When my drink was ready I went to pay and she said no, this is on me. Sounds like you have just had a bad experience! I could not believe it!
I told her she had just made my day! Of course now I’m addicted to iced coffee frappe. But I will remember her simple act of kindness. Thanks to whoever you are. X

Just went through the drive thru and had the best customer service ever by this young lad named Vin! He really knows how to make people happy, asked about our day and was very enthusiastic! I’ll be back next time with a cash tip !

Honestly this Muzz Buzz is my favourite place to go to for any drinks and snacks. The drinks are always exceptional and have very good flavour and presentation. The food is outstanding and always delicious. Although the main selling point for this Muzz Buzz is definitely the incredible customer service, the lovely people working always make you feel welcome and are very friendly. It really is a fantastic place to go to. I highly recommend you go here and check out the menu for yourself. You won't regret it :)

I am not one to normally endorse a chain store but I intend to give credit where credit is due.
In the rather competitive world of coffee making, Muzz Buzz - Innaloo make a damn fine coffee. They manage to continually make my coffee to the non bitter standard one would expect when paying for such a beverage.
